The room was nice and clean the only thing the kitchen is small and the refrigerator is in the bedroom there was no couch which we thought it had and no microwave the motel didn’t have breakfast but it was conveniently located close to a Walmart and different restaurants that we could walk to and right on the beach which is the most important to us overall the stay was great everyone was very friendly and our neighbors was very respectful and the motel is very kid friendly

I liked/loved the location. It was right on the Ocean. The pool right outside rooms. Staff were very friendly. And kept on top of things. It had a stove and all cooking an eating materials you needed.. had a regular size refrigerator as well BONUS!!

The only thing I really didn't like was the carpet was pretty old, so you had to wear shoes or your feet would turn black 🤪.. and the exhaust fan wasn't working so got very steaming in bathroom while showering . Other than the minor things, I was very very satisfied ☺️👍🏼, oh an the elevator was down so if you or anyone in your family have heart/lung issues, ask if its working or ask for the bottom floor. They switched me from 5th to 1st, because I wouldn't be able to go up an down as I'd like..

When we got to our room, 310 or 312 it was filthy, carpet was nasty, rust all over the whole stove, paint peeling and some red stuff in the tub, tile was nasty also, changed rooms to 212, it was a little better after my wife cleaned it up so that we could live in it, she got cleaning supplies, vacuum, towels, everything, she cleaned it thoroughly, then we were able to settle in, had to put towels on the carpet because it was nasty and black, pool needs to be cleaned more often, I don't know if the little pool was a hot tube or kiddie pool, it was nasty and dirty too, nice place, just needed a lot more TLC........ But the cleaning staff was very nice, one lady in particular, I think she may have been head of staff, she was very nice, she gave my wife any and everything she needed to clean the room........😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Elevator wasn't working and I'm handicap, so I had to climb the stairs very slowly, which tired me out immensely 😟😟😟😟

The room was very clean and fully stocked with toiletries and kitchenware(except for baking sheet). Location was great. The pool was clean and refreshing. The grounds were well maintained. The day staff made sure we had everything we needed every morning as they made their rounds. There was coffee packets available at front office. A soda machine(1st floor) and snack machine(3rd floor) available on the grounds. There were 2 grills and 2 picnic tables beachfront available for use.

No iron or microwave in room(we had the efficiency). The evening staff had an attitude when we asked for a key to open our door when we accidentally locked ours inside. If you book online through a 3rd party(we did booking.com) They do require a $100 CASH deposit. Elevator wasn't working. Although they gave us a 1st floor room just wanted to let that be known in this review. I felt so bad seeing some people have to carry bag after bag up stairs.

The room was amazing! The view from the balcony was beautiful! It was a lil too chilly to use the pool at the facility, but having the option to go to the 2 other sister hotel for the indoor pools and hot tubs was a great perk! Look this is an older MOTEL where many things could have been better, but if you are booking this room, you notice that the price is amazing for what you are getting. It's not a 5 star resort, but was def worth what I paid for it. I will def come back again and stay. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back!

There were some sketchy people in the parking lot a times, not the hotels fault, they are just passing through. The elevator is a bit on the scary side, but I was in the 5th floor, I was not doing all those steps lol I took my chances and am fine.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was great. The TV and Phone didnt work but they sent Niko to fix them. He was great got them running in a jiff.

The elevator was all the way down at the end of the building. Only one ice machine and it was at the front desk. There was no hair dryer in the room, most all motels have them so I didnt bring mine, bummer.

Love the location! Our family has stayed here for MANY years while on vacation, and I would only change one thing... the broken elevator.

The elevator seems to be a real issue over the years. It never seems to be working properly, and this year has been no exception. It is completely out of commission. It is EXTREMELY difficult moving things into your room if you are on any floor except the 1st.

It's a very affordable Ocean Front property just feet from the water. The rooms are a typical motel but I found the beds more comfortable than a resorts are.

Not enough parking. The lot is shared with the hotel beside them as well as public access. There is parking across the street but jo one wants to carry luggage that far. Also the elevator is always out, but there is only 5 floors.

Wendy checked us in she was great! Marie housekeeper was very nice and polite and so was Joe the maintance personnel. They took infectious precautions when it came to the pools and rooms. I was very satisfied all in all.

Jeff does not need to work with public. My daughter ask hom for toilet paper because receptionist was very busy checking people in. Jeff said that was not his department, he went in back and my daughter thought he got lost lol. The parking could be better but I know they are limited space for parking. It could use a microwave in the kitchenette rooms.

Had a very large room with two bedrooms, a small full kitchen, and a private balcony. We loved it. And the hotel was just steps from the beach. And we were able to bring our dog with us.

For the price of the room, nothing!! You do have to pay a $100 cash only deposit upfront, but you get it back when you leave.
