The location is absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean and smelled amazing.

When we booked this location online, we reserved and paid in advance for an oceanfront room. We received a Boulevard room and was not given a chance to get the room we booked. It was disappointing but the stay all in all was supurb!

I liked the room! It was nice and clean!

I didn’t like that I paid for a room I didn’t buy. I gotten a different room than what I purchased. Manager said because I booked threw booking it’s a 3rd party and we get the other rooms. We didn’t have a balcony on blvd nor ocean view. Manager said booking selected it like that!

Guest services manager Liz made sure we were assigned the room we requested online. I feel she went above and beyond her duties to make our stay memorable.

The condo complex is being renovated, so there was plenty of workers busy doing things and some noise, but it is the off season and this was the best time for them to do these things to get ready for the summer season. Our room was newly remodeled and excellent so this was minor.

We liked the courteousness of the staff, the value of the room and the stress free environment of visiting during the off peak season, etc. We liked that a grocery store was very nearby within walking distance of less than two blocks.

We did not really have any noticeable negative concerns on this trip and did not have to request any assistance for anything,

our stay was great, we stayed on the 20th floor but elevators weren’t a problem at all which surprised me! there was never a wait and usually empty.

the only part that was aggravating was at check in. the women asking for me to come to a meeting for timeshares, I said no and I would’ve appreciated it being left at that.. they were pushy but hey no means no.

Great staff, good location and good amenities. Was upgraded to ocean front. Great view.

Neighbor in room 534 was playing loud music. Called desk and they notified security. Noise from staff carts in hallway was audible through door. Need better sound proofing.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Our room was spacious,clean, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The whole hotel was clean and well kept up.

I liked everything about the hotel, no complaints at all!!

Parking garage is across the street but there is a loading zone at the hotel. Staff was phenomenal from the start. Not many hotels allow more than 1 vehicle but this one does. Check in and out was easy and smooth. The unit comes fully equipped with everything needed for a kitchen unit. The washer and dryer in the apartment was a huge bonus. Granite countertops and tile flooring were beautiful. Jacuzzi tub. Ocean view with activities throughout the day by the pool and fire pit. The water slide is technically closed for the season but was turned on for the guests anyhow. There are grills available to bbq at. Easy access to the beach. Extremely handicapped accessible, Beach wheelchairs for use along with chairs to lower and lift into all the pools and hot tubs.

Great, safe location for families. Rooms were nice and air condition worked well!having dryer and washer in unit was a lifesaver and staff very friendly.

More food options on site would be nice, bar near pool Would be nice. Doesn’t affect not staying again for the future
