Ocean front room Extremely professional staff at front desk

No hot water in shower all week Luke warm at best Carpet in bedroom very dirty Cable channels on tvs not working part of the time Room was very dirty at check in. Needs a thorough cleaning Dish washer would not clean dishes Furniture chipped and outdated Closet door track broken. Needs repaired Room needs paint and updated

I had to change my accommodations and found your facility available. I booked a room and drove from the South side over to the hotel. I was early, but your wonderful staff worked with me, and in a short time, I was in my room. Luckily, I got a room with a kitchen, couch and balcony. It was clean and cool, a separate room for the bedroom from the living room. Hot Darn. The kitchen had everything needed, including a dishwasher. WOW 😲. Your staff, A#1. They knew I had a bad experience where I was before, and every morning I got a text checking on me, asking how I was and to have a good day. Your ladies are Amazing, and I was super grateful. There's a supermarket a couple of minutes down the street, don't hesitate to go there. It's a complete facility, gift shop, grocery store, liquor store, ice cream shop, and eat in shop. With prepared foods to go, you don't have to go to a restaurant and will save your budget! The property has 2 nice sized swimming pools, a hot tub and grill area. The beach is seconds away, with chairs , umbrella set up. You literally never have to go very far to enjoy a wonderful vacation while staying here. I felt safe here being a single woman alone. There was construction going on during the day, but what was nice is I didn't hear anything from the neighbor in the next room. It was peaceful and quiet the whole time. That was another thing that never happened before.

Not much, I left open the balcony door and fell asleep and let in a big bug. Chased him out the same way. Other than that, everything was cool with me.

Loved the veiw from our window!! got to listen to the beautiful ocean night and day...very easy to get to the beach because it's literally just right outside just past the pools and boom your on the beach..The small kitchen adorable and the pools were great just very cold.. the staff was all nice and friendly.. the room was perfect size for us ...

A few stops needed some repairs and other than our room the rest of the building was a bit dirty or needing repairs.. The elevator was down 3 of the nights we stayed so going up and down to the 4th floor had its moments... The smell of people smoking and smoking of weed while your trying to enjoy a family get away was very annoying but I can't blame that on the resort thats people that can't read a none smoking signs fault...my husband was not a fan of the parking lot didn't feel like our truck was safe ..

Area around the hotel was really good and the pools was great.

Rooms had balcony looking over ocean. The room was nicer than I thought it would be with a separate bedroom from the kitchen/sitting room. TVs in both rooms. Kitchenette has oven, microwave & refrigerator. The balcony also has view of the pools. There are 2 main pools plus a smaller, more shallow pool and hot tub outside with plenty of lounge chairs - many with umbrellas for shade. We also had a spacious whirpool inside- very relaxing with the jets on. The price was very reasonable for the location and amenities.

It is an older property but adaquate. Kitchen space is samll- wish it had a little more counter space but ok. Balcony is smallish - did have space for 2 chairs and small side table. The air conditioning could not be lowered below 70 degrees to prevent any freeze up- but we like it a little cooler at night or have a ceiling fan in the bedroom- should have brought my own fan.

The room was much better than we expected. It suited our needs and then some. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and friendly. And 2 thumbs up for the tiki bar near the pool. Really good chicken tenders. I would like to say the same for the mini corn dogs, but my kids ate them all too quickly!

For reasons of constructive criticism only, the name of the hotel does not exactly match what is on google maps or booking.com which is who we booked through. There was a little confusion when we first arrived as to whether we were in the right place at all. We had booked only 30 minutes before arriving and our names were not on the guest list yet when we did arrive.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Everything was in room we needed, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, sponge, silverware, pots and pans, even measuring cups! Everything but the food! Having a refrigerator with an ice maker was great too! The outside bar even had chairs we could borrow to take out to the beach for the day! Two different pools out back by a bar, and can order from a small menu of food. We will definitely return for another stay.

Shower water pressure could be improved. I really can’t think of anything else. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the beach. Too many positives to knit pick about negatives. Sorry, not sorry !

Awesome location, the staff was helpful after check-in, the grounds were well maintained including the pool area.

I reserved an ocean room and was told at check-in that nothing on Bookings.com is guaranteed so they put me in a room with no view of the ocean. When I got to the room the security latch was on and even maintenance couldn't open it. They had to cut it off and install a new one. Meanwhile I'm standing in the hall with my luggage. I confront the check-in staff about a new room and was immediately given an ocean front room. So there was a room available per my original request but they elected not to give it to me. I will have to reconsider my use of your booking site although I must say I've used it many times and this is my first problem.

Everything was nice from check in to check out don't remember her name at check-in but she was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile

Toilet sat a little low but over all it was a comfortable stay ... a wooden walk to the beach would be nice for ppl like me who can't really walk on sand 😆 really no complaints

very accessible to the beach, rooms were very nice size & included a full mini kitchen which most hotels don't even have. 2 huge pools + 4 hot tubs. overall very nice place

very hard to find parking, luckily we made space or found spaces when someone left. half of the parking lot was blocked off though so it makes sense.
