The location was amazing for the price. The beach was only a couple of steps away from the pool area and lots of restaurants around! The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. The pools looked nice and clean as well.

The only things I didn't like was that it could use an update in the rooms and the hot tubs. All the hot tubs were really dirty and old looking. The pillows in the room weren't very comfortable to me but my husband did not mind them.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. I had a bad experience with a rental company called Big Fish Rentals which totally soured my 3x a year trips to Myrtle Beach so i was happy to find another honest facility. I stayed here in 2019 so I booked again. The outside was a little dated but the room was very nice. I like not having to deal with a multi level garages and they have lots of easy parking. I love the North Myrtle Beach area and have been coming here several times a year for years. She mentioned conversations about becoming pet friendly and that will be much appreciated so I can bring my little dog once again.

Would have liked the top floor to take sunrise photos. It was still a little chilly to go out in the morning for me. I was on the second floor and do like a little higher up.

Building and rooms can definately use updating but our room was fairly clean when we arrived. Doors and windows definately need replacing. Did experience a little bit water in the room from TS Debby winds and rain coming under the door. We had issues with the AC unit but maintenance was called immediately and arrived to fix the issue within minutes. We also had a faulty coffee pot and they replaced within minutes as well. Bed was very comfy. Staff was exceptional from cleaning staff to front desk to maintenance! Views and location were perfect! Thank you for a great mini vacay.

Room 210 was decently kept, bed was comfortable and firm, kitchen was decently stocked, plenty of towels for two people including 2 pool towels. 2 pools and 3 hot tubs was nice so it was never very crowded even in the prime of summer season. There is a tiki bar that was open by the pool each day with drinks and some food choices. VERY EASY beach access, literally just steps from the pool area to the beach!

The tile floor could use a good steam clean as there was obvious discoloration in some high traffic places, the kitchen chairs could use some chair pads as they are wooden and not comfortable to sit in for any length of time. Sofa is a little worn and not very comfortable.

Everything was great, the beds were comfortable, love the pillows, woke up with no pain like I normally do. Love that the balcony looked out over the beach.

Not enough handicapped parking. The area for changing towels, picking up supplies etc. was never opened when we tried to pick up, after calling office they sent them right up. Be aware if you're a coffee drinker to get coffee and filters.

The room is a nice size. Has 2 pools and hot tubs a lot of outdoor space the pools and also bbq grills and picnic tables. There is also a Tiki Bar snack shop. Food and drinks were good. There are several beach accesses as well with showers before coming back to pool area.

The door to the patio curtains were old stained and dry rotted in areas. Spoke to employees suggesting they replace those.

I liked that it was right on the beach with easy access. It was also very affordable for the short time we were there.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, but over the room was very clean and met all of our expectations. The door was also very hard to close when coming in and out. You had to slam it every time to make sure it shut.

I had to change my accommodations and found your facility available. I booked a room and drove from the South side over to the hotel. I was early, but your wonderful staff worked with me, and in a short time, I was in my room. Luckily, I got a room with a kitchen, couch and balcony. It was clean and cool, a separate room for the bedroom from the living room. Hot Darn. The kitchen had everything needed, including a dishwasher. WOW 😲. Your staff, A#1. They knew I had a bad experience where I was before, and every morning I got a text checking on me, asking how I was and to have a good day. Your ladies are Amazing, and I was super grateful. There's a supermarket a couple of minutes down the street, don't hesitate to go there. It's a complete facility, gift shop, grocery store, liquor store, ice cream shop, and eat in shop. With prepared foods to go, you don't have to go to a restaurant and will save your budget! The property has 2 nice sized swimming pools, a hot tub and grill area. The beach is seconds away, with chairs , umbrella set up. You literally never have to go very far to enjoy a wonderful vacation while staying here. I felt safe here being a single woman alone. There was construction going on during the day, but what was nice is I didn't hear anything from the neighbor in the next room. It was peaceful and quiet the whole time. That was another thing that never happened before.

Not much, I left open the balcony door and fell asleep and let in a big bug. Chased him out the same way. Other than that, everything was cool with me.
