Property was under construction so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub available but staff let us enjoy Ellington’s pool and putt putt course. Rooms were really clean and exceptional. Overall great price and location.

the view from the balcony was wonderful...the location was wonderful...the kitchen was wonderful...the bathrooms were wonderful...the beds were very comfortable...the rooms were large...the unit was clean...the beach was clean and beautiful...close to shopping stores and Kroger!

the old furniture in the living room and bedrooms...the living room and bedroom curtains were old (looks like they did when we stayed there years ago)...one area of the parking lot "held" water (poor drainage)...it rained quite a bit and the balcony carpet stayed soppy wet...the wind "howled" quite a bit and we had to call the office to send maintenance for resolution (cudos to the mantenance gentleman for putting insulation around the front door)...the entire building needs new paint...rusty areas need replacing. We have vacationed at Sndpebble several times, each time hoping things woul be "updated" but not the case...maybe next time. Thank you.

Cons: 1. Having to leave the property to put our luggage away somewhere only to be called 45min later to get in the room. If that was the case they could've given us the code when we were at the property. 2. No broom 3. No trashbags 4. Wobbling living room table which had to be moved to let out the sofa bed please fix it or replace it🤦🏿‍♀️🥴‼️ 5. Could use more blankets 6. Sofa bed had crumbs all over it.

Accessibility to the condo was very easy. The space within the condo was very good. The porch balcony was great and right on the beach. All the comforts of home were offered. Great ice maker in fridge.

Really didn’t know about the renovations before arriving and the spraying, hammering and machine beeping first thing in the morning was annoying. couldn’t use the balcony area two mornings due to men in bucket truck outside and power washing. Very wet! Dishwasher door did not fit well. Bathroom outdated and needs additional grab bars for older guests.

Unbeatable location! The views of the ocean from the main living space and bedroom were stunning, directly on the beach, and just a couple of minutes from many restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen and laundry were also very convenient! We couldn't find the Wi-Fi password anywhere, but a quick call provided the information we needed.

A bit more attention to detail in the cleaning would be appreciated - bathroom sink faucets weren't wiped down, stray hairs noticeable on the tile floors, and debris on the carpet. We did our own quick wipe down and sweep when settling in and it was fine after that.

Great view of the beach. Very quiet. Room was clean for the most part. Apt was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I love the fact that Thier was 2 full bathrooms. 🙂

Kitchen was not really clean..The stove was greasy. Slow draining tub. Light under the microwave didn't work. Frig dripped water. Window seal in bedroom/w king bed was very dirty. Great customer service.

Ocean front!!! Immaculately clean. Roomy for 3 people.

Repair work starting at 8:40am-I understand the need for repairs but start later with the beeping and the banging please! it’s vacation-we wanted to sleep in, at least a little! Also seemed like oven needs to be calibrated….took forever to warm up a lasagna (from just cool not frozen).

Loved the place but was really looking forward to the spa pool which if I had known it was not working I would of chosen another place that was disappointing

The room was nice. Location was excellent.

The electrical outlets did not work in either bathroom, so my wife could not dry her hair while we were there. The elevator stopped working on the morning that we left.

The beach wasn't over populated and it was pretty quiet. Dennis Jenkins the care taker was fabulous. He continues to fight keeping things clean and tidy around there. He has great manors and ALWAYS has time for the guests. Groceries, gas, activities and food were all easy to get to and close by.

Someone could paint the fence hiding the dumpster; It took asking someone to find it( we weren't the only ones). AND please put pin access on the hot tub. There were 12, no exaggerating, 12 teens that walked in off the beach. They not only helped themselves but was also dumb enough to drag the water hose over while in the hot tub running water over one of them because she was about to pass out. How stupid, get out of the hot tub! The second time they came back they were blaring music. Thankfully a phone call got staff over rather quickly and ran them out.
