Quality Inn Surfside Myrtle Beach

Didn't use the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location for what I needed was very good. The staff was more than accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.

The only issue I had was that there was no elevator. Trying to lug all our luggage up to the second floor wasn't easy. Both my wife and I are elderly and it was rather difficult.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The entry way is appealing and the front desk staff was very nice. The rooms are a great size for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast included waffles, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee and juice. The location is on the main strip with plenty of shopping, restaurants and fun stuff to do around.

I did not have a bad experience here. We only stayed one night so i"m not sure how housekeeping, etc is but overall, there is nothing to dislike.

The staff was wonderful! It was a nice quiet place you couldn’t hear people around you or in the hallways. The staff was there for whatever you needed and very friendly. We had a different hotel booked but after seeing that condition we tried another then that one was not what we were looking for either this was a quick book hoping it would be better then the first two and this one was what we were looking for. It has breakfast and you can wash your clothes to travel with clean clothes which was great after having ocean smelling clothes.

Other then a customer in the hotel the last night smelling like weed and making our hallway smell like it for a few minutes there really was no issues there.

Check in was quick and easy. We weren’t able to get on the first floor as requested but the staff quickly offered to help us carry in our luggage and anything we needed. The rooms were super clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, fresh breakfast and the perfect location for our visit with family nearby.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like. We did have one towel that smelled like it went through a fire but we were able to exchange it quickly.

Teresa the front desk lady/concierge was the greatest. Took her advice on eating dinner and breakfast and was spot on. We were absolutely delighted to make her acquaintance a real plus for the establishment.

Breakfast could be way better. Not much to brag about there. The only reason the stay was not perfect.

I liked the high tech no-waste products for breakfast, very efficient. I liked the squeeze bottles of shampoo and conditioner hanging in the shower. the bedding smelled nice and fresh and loved having plenty of comfy pillows.

the only thing we didn't like was the powerful storm that came thru and knocked out the power to the whole hotel for a few hours. But that wasn't the motel's fault.

Actually, my expectations were not that high, so I was pleasantly surprised. The mattresses, pillows, were comfortable, everything was clean, great to have a coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Everything worked. The room was quiet, staff was very helpful, price was great.

The breakfast was low on protein, no eggs. But, the price was so economical, I wasn't bothered. We just drove to a Waffle House.

Location, next to great bars and night life. Omg this would perfect place to stay bike week. Just walk across hwy 17 and be right on the southeasts largest party for a week and you would never have moved the car. Just ur bike.

Washer and dryer were out of service . Not a like having to leave, due to severe nausea waking up this am and having to pack is a bitch.

I was impressed by the humifier great bonus. Made the stay more comfortable. Friendly staff, the rooms were very good size. my kids loved the pool. I loved how convenient it is.

Personally, I am used to waking up at almost 10am so I didn't get to experience the breakfast time because the ends at 9:30. Everything was great except the towels some not all would have hairs on some that was and is my only complaint. besides that, Great hotel

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Pleasant to deal with. Place overall was clean.

Breakfast was a little light on food choices. No eggs only cereal, grits , waffles and sausage. It was ok. Ice machine broken on my floor had to use 2nd floor machine. Building was of older vintage but maintained.
