Staff was very helpful and more than pleasant!

The first night the room they gave me was on the second floor with no elevator. I am handicapped and unable to negotiate stairs but the cabdriver carried my suitcase up the stairs and I followed. They said they would move me the next day. The room had not been remodeled and ac was stuck on 68 degrees, there was no blanket. 😂. Thank goodness I had a bottle of Chardonnay in my suitcase. The front desk sent a blanket and tried to fix temperature but had to just turn it off after a struggle. The next day I was moved to a lovely room and thoroughly enjoyed my week’s stay! I am now moving into my new home in Murrells Inlet and it is wonderful and full of the nicest people on earth!

The 2 bedroom was very spacious, the two bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom was amazing. The spa tubs in the bathrooms were a nice addition. The kitchen had all the necessities needed to cook. The balcony was nice, especially since it was screened in.

On the pictures it shows a full basketball court and playground, the property didn’t have a basketball court and we didn’t see a playground. The indoor and spa wasn’t very clean. It wasn’t enough lounging tables and chairs at the pool.

Beautiful property ,the apartment is very good size with full kitchen dining table, living room with flat screen TV. Bed very comfortable and bedroom have their own TV also. Staff are friendly

You will need a car to get around when you stay here, the beach not very far only few minutes drive but because the highway you cannot Walk to the beach. They give you a free pass to state park is beautiful and quiet beach there at Huntington Beach and Myrtle Beach State Park. There is a lot of things to do around there but you will need a car. The apartment I stayed is like paper thin , I can hear the next door neighbor talking very clear so vice versa, I feel like there is no privacy.

I knew we were renting an apartment and I was quite pleased to see the full-size and so much room! We had a full working kitchen, as well, which helped us to save money. The separate bedroom made it very convenient for napping and privacy. We arrived very late so we were greeted by a security officer. He was delightful! He took us to our apartment to let us in, and we completed our check-in the next day.

Disturbances! On the first day, someone was banging on the door at 8 am. I thought I was hearing things until he banged again. We had gotten to our room in the middle of the night, so someone pounding on our door at 8 am really upset me! He said he was pest control and would only need two minutes. I told him NO, my husband is sleeping and I'm not letting you in. He was very displeased! On the second day, a maintenance person knocked on the door at 8 am wanting to come in to check the thermostat. My husband asked for ID and he claimed to not have any. My husband told him he would not allow anyone in without proper identification or the office calling us. He was not happy, either. There was not a "do not disturb" sign available so we wrote a note to put outside the door.

We really like the location. It's close to everything and family-friendly. This was our third stay.

We had a ground floor unit that was adjoined with the apartment next door. It was very noisy. The people upstairs were loud, and so were the people next door. We had a hard time sleeping because of the noise. I will request a different apartment next time.

Front staff was very helpful and communicative. Excellent location and enjoyed the access to Huntington State Park and the facilities on site. We're not golfers but a round of miniature and the pool were fun.

The outer hotel walkways and stairs needed vacuuming. I had to request sheets to put on stained couch, and the cleaning staff walked into my room unannounced.

The staff was very prompt to help resolve any issues or answer questions that we had about the property! I loved the area restaurants, we were able to get great food suggestions from the staff. The king sized beds were very cozy and made it somewhat hard to get up in the morning!! I like that everything was spacious and each suite has a patio deck! Very nice quiet vacation. (:

Very very warm in our suite!! It didn’t bother us much since we didn’t stay for long and were out mostly during the day but it felt like it might’ve needed a new thermostat. Maintenance could’ve done a better job of emptying outside public trash cans as well.

Pool was great for the kids. Having a washing machine and a full kitchen was great. Liked pool towels were included.

Felt like we could here the ppl next to us so was worried we were too loud since i had kids.

The location is very convenient, 4 minutes drive to Marshwalk so you have a lot of good choices for lunch and dinner. Hachiya Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar is just across the street in walking distsnce. 11-12 minures drive to Brookgreen Garden and Huntington State Park. You will get free ticket to the state park by staying here. Love the location.

The carpet in the living room is dirty, need deep clean or replaced.

Room was very comfortable. Everything was clean except I had to sweep bathroom floor when we checked in - there was a lot of blond hair all over the floor. One of the bathroom sinks was partially clogged, but facilities maintenance quickly took care of that problem.

We are two couples traveling together, wanted - but couldn't get adjoining rooms.
