The stay there was very nice and the shuttle drivers were phenomenal!

I was contacted by a member of your staff the night before and he told me to come on in as early as I like the room was ready. When I call the next morning they informed me it was going to cost over $100 to get in early!?? Around noonish the lady informed me it would be $28 I was already very upset so I did not pay the money I waited until checkout time I will not be back. It would have been nice if I was told when he called me that there would be a fee or I would not have come early.

The shuttles to and from the beach is awesome especially for the Littles. If you're bringing a lot of stuff don't worry they have room in the back of the shuttle to load it into. The pool was amazing my 1 and 2 year old had an absolute blast. It was way bigger than expected and the kids had an awesome time running the hallways. This would be great for a long stay as it offers a lot of storage. Plus the washer and dryer so you don't have to bring a ton of clothes. Overall great experience we will be back next year for sure!

I didn't like that the room once you looked around it was kinda dirty like smears of random stuff on the wall some buildup in the showers. Nothing like overly icky but still when you're paying good money it should be taken care of better. Half the electronics didn't work, now I will say it could have been User error but neither of the hair dryers worked and all the lamps were either missing light bulbs or they didn't work. I didn't report it because honestly I could care less just thought it was odd.

Place was great 😁⛱️. I love that we were 1 building away for my grandchildren ,son n daughter in law. The pools an hot tubs were so nice. Even tho signs were posted about kids under 5 r not aloud in the hot tub. Also I would never complain There was a stain on one of the sheets, so we just washed . For next year, where is the breakfast so we know next u 😏 😀?

Besides getting lost 3 times trying to find the G.P.R. .The directions that were sent to me by email, kept trying to make us go to S.M.B.R.we should of been there about 815 an didnt get there till 10 pm. I hope u guys can fix the direction. Hoping it doesnt happen to other resort guest. Other then . It's was very nice trip

the indoor pool was nice, could have had more area for sitting and relaxing the bathrooms in the area were very nice. showers, sauna, steam bath, all very nice

the room was outdated but clean. advertised as fully stocked kitchenette. I thought that implied more than plug in cook too with only a small pan and skillet.

Organized well had all supplies like tp, dish soap, etc. linens were included and were nice. Beds made. The pool areas and lazy river was nice

Only problem was the tiled floor was not clean. It looked ok, but when walking on it, it blackened our feet. The small patio area was not what I would have expected for a resort. The view was an unappealing canal. Luckily, some geese came frequently to entertain the kids

The resort was beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We were only there for two nights but wished we had been able to stay longer. Great location and loved the shuttle bus to the beach.

No negatives.

Nice complex very pretty room was more than I needed. I enjoyed my stay. A little confusing getting to my place.

The microwave wasn’t working. I couldn’t check in after 10 pm . I wasn’t ware of the late night check-in issue. I had to have a security person let me in the room . I didn’t have key pass so I couldn’t leave my room and get back in. Next day called security to get a drive to the front desk office so I could get my key pass. I did not have a rental car yet. I couldn’t leave my room and get back in

I loved the villa. It was very spacious. And all the kitchen supplies and room made it feel like home! The property in itself was beautiful. Pool were amazing. Staff was always kind. Perfect for our little one too.

It was confusing at first how to get to their part of the resort, because they are other communities within it. I also couldn’t get into the jacuzzi tub safely. So it made it hard to shower and bathe my baby. I wouldn’t book that room again for the tub.

The staff was very nice, respectful and went the extra mile to fix issues

Very nice, and great lighting at night for walks. Plenty to do on the resort, and the shuttles were definitely a plus!! Convenient to restaurants, stores incase you left something, and some souvenir shopping.

A little confusing to get through even with the map. Roundabout turns really close. Descriptions of rooms were very vague and no specific pictures on booking.com. I had to upgrade my rooms after arriving which cut into trip budgeting.
