the indoor pool was nice, could have had more area for sitting and relaxing the bathrooms in the area were very nice. showers, sauna, steam bath, all very nice

the room was outdated but clean. advertised as fully stocked kitchenette. I thought that implied more than plug in cook too with only a small pan and skillet.

The resort was beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We were only there for two nights but wished we had been able to stay longer. Great location and loved the shuttle bus to the beach.

Nice complex very pretty room was more than I needed. I enjoyed my stay. A little confusing getting to my place.

The microwave wasn’t working. I couldn’t check in after 10 pm . I wasn’t ware of the late night check-in issue. I had to have a security person let me in the room . I didn’t have key pass so I couldn’t leave my room and get back in. Next day called security to get a drive to the front desk office so I could get my key pass. I did not have a rental car yet. I couldn’t leave my room and get back in

The staff was very nice, respectful and went the extra mile to fix issues

I HAD THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE! upon my arrival I was greeted by everyone on staff with kindness, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, my stay at this resort DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations. The rooms were so BEAUTIFUL, the beds were THE MOST COMFORTABLE EVER! I loved having a washer and dryer, I loved having a patio, everything there was so great and I would love to visit again!

It was a great place to stay! The room looked newer in person and the balcony had a great view! Also, we had others staying in the same building, but couldn’t hear anything going on around us which was great! We were close to the kiddie pool and lazy river which worked out perfect for the kids. Loved the atmosphere around the outdoor pool and the fact that they had daily activities for the kids. It was easy to get to the beach from the resort using 5th Avenue and parking price was reasonable if you decide not to use the shuttles.

Our car broke down at the beach on our first day and even after all of our troubles we got a call about sitting through a conference. However, check in staff was really nice considering!

There should be a blurb during the booking that mentions this is a timeshare hotel. Didn't like that you had to see "the conceirge" to get a parking pass. The concierge offers "free" hings for sitting through a presentation. The walls are way too thin. I shared a wall with a grumpy old man who was bothered by my child's "noise". There were kids throwing water bottles over the balcony. Not close enough to the beach. The suggested dining locations was subpar.

I enjoyed all of the amenities. There were multiple pools both indoor and outdoors, as well as a grilling area, a playground and even an arcade in the lounge to hang out and relax. It was absolutely fantastic.

It was slightly confusing finding the area to check in. As well as knowing where to go to get additional towels, etc. But those were small, minor inconveniences over all the property is fantastic.

I love the fact the resort was next to beach and great restaurants were around. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I like that the resort had an outdoor and indoor pool. The scenery was amazing!

I did not like the beds were extremely cheap and uncomfortable, we were advise indoor pool would be open and was close the last two days of our trip.

Pleasantly close to the beach. A 5 minute drive to the beach. Parking for beach was delightfully close to the shore. The golden egg was great for a breakfast meal. We traveled with 3 small kids and an infant and the facility had something appealing for everybody of every age. Check in and check out was quick and hassle free. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Beach towels, dish soap, and wash soaps were provided as well. Very clean and bug free facility. They also provided coupons to all the local restaurants and attractions.

Due to construction, bathroom near kiddy pool was blocked of, but there was one located within a reasonable distance.
