I'm an Orangeburg Native, so the location within of the hotel is awesome access to food and interstate. I like that you don't get disturbed by house keeping and there's always someone to help when needed. house keeping kept the hotel main areas relatively clean, the breakfast was fresh and the coffee was hot. nice choice every morning.

what could have been better: fresh water available upon arriving and leaving the hotel, most Hiltons offer water with fruit all day. this one does not. House keeping to check the floors for dropped food and trach set outside of doors during the day especially from families traveling with children, they tend to do that a lot.

Convenient to I77. Clean. Well organized space for longer term stays with a couch, desk and refrigerator/freezer. Front desk staff friendly and helpful despite having to multi-task with phone calls while checking us in.

Everything for breakfast was packaged and mostly sweet, unhealthy items. Baked goods were packaged pastries, blueberry bagels (not plain) and did not include healthier options like bread. We like plain oatmeal with raisins and fresh fruit (eg oranges and bananas), and some options of yogurt and toast.

I honestly liked everything about the place. Awesome modern comfortable room, great gym, the complimentary breakfast had great choices and the facility was just overall beautiful. The hotel was not far off the interstate, easy to find and the surrounding area had lots of great choices for gas, food, etc.. Perhaps the nicest part was all of this came at an incredibly affordable rate.

I loved this place but if pressed to be picky about one thing, and I mean very picky, it would be the location of the elevator. It's not centrally located so it can be a haul from the elevator to the end of the building, in my case room 302.

The rooms are up to date as far as the appearance. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. Hotel wasn't noisy. Staff were friendly.

The rooms weren't prepared with extra bedding for the couch rollout bed. We had to call downstairs to go and get them. When housekeeping picked up the used bath cloths and towel they didn't replace them inside. We had to call downstairs to ask for additional clean towels and bath cloths. The light in the bathroom wasn't great if you're trying to apply makeup. You may need to bring a vanity mirror there wasn't one in the room or bathroom.

I requested to not be on the side with children and they made the accommodations. My check in was smooth. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was constantly cleaning and trashed removed several times daily. Lots of parking and lighting in the parking lot. I felt safe and secure here. The gym was very spacious with a variety of equipment. There was a pool but my work schedule didn't allow me to test it. Im not sure if it was available for use or not. The breakfast was hot and not a brown bag. It was good and very well stocked. The Coffee was fresh and facilities clean.

I have stayed here on 3 different occasions for work. The staff was nice and friendly. My rooms were cleaned, sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The amount of space was very spacious. The laundry was free to use which was a plus as well. The breakfast was hot and they switched it up daily. There is a bar for happy hour however i didn't get a chance to experience that. The workout room was huge and clean. They had a heated pool available for use that was being cleaned and unavailable during my stay. It became available the day I was checking out. I would stay here again hands down.

My last room was on the end by the laundry. This particular room had a odor that was coming from the bathroom toilet. It smelled like sewer water. In all fairness i didnt mention this to the front desk because i bought a candle and used frebreeze plus I kept the bathroom door shut. The laundry facilities could be a little difficult to operate in terms of what button was for what temperature and load. The same was for the dryer. After several attempts I figured it out. In all fairness i never asked the staff i just figured it out.

Breakfast was great, rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had no issue sleeping.

When we checked in yesterday the girl at the front was so sweet (6/17). When we checked out today 6/18 my husband brought the luggage cart to the front because it worked terribly and figured they’d repair it so they wouldn’t have to go through what we went through. This girl said “well what am I supposed to do about it” so he struggled and brought it back outside. Very poor customer service.

Was a great and spacious room.

A little league travel baseball team that was very rambunctious and running and playing in the lobby/bar area while the parents sat and drank beer and didn't say anything to the kids. Went on past midnight. Even the staff didn't stop it.

room could have been a little cleaner. also it slept 6 but only enough towels for 4 people. no supplies for the trundle bed in the room so we had to go get them. trundle bed was full of dead bugs. 🥴

Great room. Great service, everyone was very nice and friendly. The gym and pool were good too, great location, near a lot of restaurants and very close to highway. Will recommend to others if i have the chance

During my stay, when i walked into the room, after a couple of minutes, I noticed that bedsheets had stains on it, but i did call the front desk and they did provide new ones. Also, the bathroom door lock was broken
