Friendly staff that were very responsive to my requests and questions. I was greeted with a smile and a hello every time they saw me. My heating/air unit wasn't working right the first day. The owner (who was super customer service oriented and nice) had it fixed immediately. My room was clean and enough towels were provided. Beds were comfortable with adequate pillows. I didn't eat the free breakfast but it was available every morning. Good size parking lot so you never had to park far away from the entrance. There were renovations going on but the sound never bothered me. Great value for the price.

I wish the fridge was bigger.

I liked that the parking lot and landscaping around the hotel was warm and inviting. I liked how the front desk staff was polite, professional and inviting. I liked the decor in the lobby area. I liked the cleanliness and decor of the room. One of my teen daughters said it best, " Daddy that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It's even better than my bed at home.

I didn't like how it took the air conditioner forever to cool off the room. I didn't like how there were no privacy curtains which meant sunlight beaming in my face first thing in the morning. I also didn't like how the lamp on the desk didn't work. Finally, I didn't like how it took the remote forever to work properly. It may have needed batteries, plus the back of the remote was missing.

Our shower head shot over the top of the curtain and ran from the bathroom and puddled in our room. We had the same room on the trip back through and it was fixed. We reported it on checkout and they did listen and had it fixed.

We were traveling and only staying one night on a lay over night on our way to Florida and on the way back. Breakfast started to late for us to benefit from having it included in our package. Should have a traveling bag to take with you.

Rooms were improved.

No anti slip in tub. My husband slipped and fell out of the tub. He is all bruised, sore, and probably has a cracked rib. His back hurts as well as his foot. I told the girl at the desk when we checked out. He's very lucky he didn't hit his head on the tile floor. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Also, they always put us on the third floor with the dog. They weren't that busy that they had to put us up there. Husband is not in good shape due to fall, and we are to move this week. Very inconvenient to say the least!

I booked this hotel by accident. But once we got there we were ok. Had been driving all day so exhausted. The young man gave me the key and let granson finish transaction. Staff very nice.

Asked for handicapped room, was given closest to desk. Close does not meet handicapped needs. Lower the beds. I almost could not get up on it, or put a stool in room. Higher commode. Maybe hot chocolate, not everyone drinks coffee. My granson said his bed too hard.

The overnight staff Kelly was super amazing. We arrived latter than expected which I called to notify her of and she was super helpful during that and then we arrived at 2am and she was very delightful even at that hour and she went above and beyond to transfer us to a room that wasn't near anybody since it was 2 am and I had 3 teenagers with me.

The pillows were not that great but other than that it was an awesome stopping point for us on our travels from FL to WV.

I absolutely loved the fact that check out is at 12 & that the staff was nice and very accommodating. The location is close to eateries and within a short drive (10mins) to anything else I needed. Overall it was a good experience. I would more than likely stay again.

I did not like the cut backs with breakfast items that were offered. We are all well aware that Covid exist in our world. I has been around for like 2 years & it's really not going anywhere. I believe regular hot breakfast could still be prepared with the same measures of safety precautions that they utilize to be open in general. Further more, there are other hotels that have resumed serving their normal hot breakfast with comparable rates & that is a benefit/plus when deciding hotel accommodations.

our room was very nice. it felt clean and modernized and pretty. The man who checked us in was friendly and personable. We were comfortable there. We were just there for the night on way home and we were happy to see places to eat close by. Breakfast was certainly adequate. No eggs and bacon but pretty much everything else you would expect.

Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Location was 1 block off the main road. Quiet. We had joining rooms.

Bathroom lights on either side of the mirror were 2 different colors white and yellow. The faucet knob came off in my hand. Toilet had a slow leak, so it refilled frequently. The room door paint was peeling. All was minor and did not impact a good, positive rating.

The staff was friendly, the areas were clean and orderly, beds were comfortable. I had a good night's sleep and that was what I paid for. I'd recommend this hotel.

The pool was green and closed and the exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom so everything got steamed up and damp. Had to open the door and wait until the steam lifted to finish dressing and getting ready.
