Hampton Inn Rock Hill

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in 433, Queen suite with 4 people. It was clean, had a small kitchenette & sofa so we weren't so cramped. Beds were clean & comfy, bathroom was immaculate clean, plenty of towels. The only issue we had was that the outlets in between beds were worn out and didn't work. But we plugged into the USB port, and it worked fine. Def will stay there again! Only 8 mins from Rockill Sports Center.

Outlets in between queen beds on nightstand were worn out & loose. Our cubes wouldn't work when plugged in. But we were able to use the USB port on nightstand and other outlets in room. Other than that, we had a perfect stay!

The hotel was new and clean with big rooms, firm beds, and a nice breakfast with a lot of food options. The gym is small but adequate.

The pool was closed "for maintenance," and it was disappointing that we had not been told in advance that it was closed. The location is good for hopping on the highway, but there is not a lot in the area. You have to get in a car and drive down the road to get to any stores or restaurants, but it's not very far.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, quiet, and the hotel employees are very friendly, down home southern friendly and helpful. Out of all the Hilton hotels we have stayed in, this one by far is at the top of our list. The hotel in general is exceptionally clean, and rooms are just as well. The beds sleep comfortably. The breakfast is very good, and you have a very good selection of items to eat, and the individual operating the food area is friendly and courteous. My wife and I both have decided that when we travel to Florida or Georgia from up north, this is absolutely our overnight stopping point. You can’t go wrong staying here. We highly recommend it!

location awesome. close to interstate, food near by. Allows dogs. Room was clean except carpet stains and couch stained.

The carpet in room was stained and so was the couch. I would not sit on the couch. Albeit, this was a “dogs allowed room” but with the $50 pet fee for every pet that stays, I would think extra maintenance/ replacement would be feasible for these rooms.

We always stay at this location when we travel from Western New York to Florida. We know what to expect. The room is always clean and comfy. The breakfast is always top notch. Thanks so much for being such a bright spot in our long road trip.

The bathroom did not have a fan. This would be a nice addition to the room.

Loved the large room. Have 4 kids from 5 to 15 and they had room to Not get in each other's way.

And And wouls ask that The sofa bed mattress has outlived it's usefulness. It needs to be replaced Soon. I slept on it with a grandchild and it was the moat uncomfortable ever. Wound up sleeping sideways for comfort. I'm short so it worked for us but, seriously, I am coming back in june and need a food mattress.

Liked everything. It was a little close to the highway and i was worried about road noise, but that dropped off and i was able to sleep well. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and handled well post covid. Served buffet sryle. Hamptons are not typically pet friendky. This ones was, so thankful for that. In our opinion Hampton is always the best choice. Best part is that it had a fire pit and seating outside👍

The breakfast was good everything was kept full didn't have to ask for anything and the girl woking was vey nice and paid attention to every detail

The bed pillows were flatter than a pancake, hard to get any sleep but everything else was nice

Very convenient to the highway and local conveniences like food, gas. The hot breakfast was exceptional!

It was actually too close to the highway, the road noise from Rt 77 was pretty loud. They also need to adjust the tension on the doors to the room, every time a quest went in and out of their room their door slammed unless they were careful. Very annoying and loud.

The power in the whole block went out just as we were checking out. We ended up having to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs. But it could have been worse. Glad we were not in the elevator. The stay was GREAT and we cant complain about something out of their control.
