I really enjoyed staying here after a horrid experience at a Microtel in Charlotte. I checked out four days early from that hotel because it was dirty and unsafe. I've been going to Howard Johnsons for years and it's because of the quality and service. As soon as I saw that one was a bit farther away, it didn't matter. I knew I could count on Howard Johnson for a fantastic stay. Thank you for everything. Your staff was wonderful, the room was clean and amazing, and I was safe and beyond satisfied.

Absolutely nothing. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were on top of everything too. I work at a resort in Florida and your staff went above and beyond. I wish I could rate you all higher because you all truly deserve it! Thank you again and if I'm ever in the area again, you can count on me trying to reserve a room at this location.

We stay at the Rock Hill HOJO every trip we take south. I was pleasantly surprised on our first stay! I am so happy they are keeping up with the original GREAT quality they started with in the past. The rooms have been updated and are absolutely spotless! The beds are sooooo comfortable. The bathroom and vanity are absolutely immaculate. Keep up the great work HOJO! We love you.

Sorry, can't think of anything. Maybe it would be nice if there was smorgasbord or buffet available (just kidding). :-) It would also be great if there was an elevator for those who end up with a second floor room and have difficulty climbing stairs?

Staff was great. so was the little breakfast that was available. Liked the fact that I didn't need to go inside the building to get to my room.

The room furniture was very sticky on top. No matter how much I wiped it off, it remained very sticky. Overall, I will be staying there again.

The colors of the room was bright and vibrant. For a budget friendly hotel, this was the best hotel I've stayed in that location so far. I will definitely come back and stay when I visit Rock Hill again!

The only issue I had was the bed. It was dented in. I would recommend a replacement. Staying at a hotel is an comfortable experience. It would've been great if the bed was comfortable.

Room had everything we needed for our stay, they also serve a hot complimentary breakfast and the staff was very nice

Only complaint is I would of like a softer bed but that is my preference.. lol. But it was fine for a weekend stay

This place was so much better than I expected. Freshly painted and the king room was big.The staff was great. This is an older Motel but has been put in top notch order. We enjoyed our stay and would use again.The rate was high as all places you should not have to pay $100.00 a night any place to just shower and sleep.But it is what it is.

The price but they all get it.

Check-in was simple and fast. Carrie was very friendly, professional, and efficient at her job. When we arrived 8 people were waiting to check-in. She had us ALL in and out in 10 minutes. The room was clean and cozy.

We had a king size bed and the bed wasn’t comfortable. You could tell it was old because the springs were worn out on it so it was really hard. But that was the only thing about our stay that I wasn’t satisfied about

Comfy bed. Great shower and water pressure. Approved my request for first floor room. I have both hips replaced and although I don’t need a handicap accessible room, stairs are very hard to climb.

Very nice room. Reasonably priced

As a person with mobility issues I would have preferred to have a walk-in shower as opposed to a tub. I did have difficulty getting in and out of the shower.
