Front desk help was always so nice and polite made the extended stay so worth the extra price , always had a smile on her face and the house keeping even when I kber slept r|#

Noice, one of the house keeping ladies had 2 come aplogize because she stood at her car for over 45 mins screaming and fussing on the phone even after I open. The door to give the suggestion that she was 2liid at 8pm at night she continues on until finally I had2 report her . The. And only then did she apologize by a phone app writing it out she is sorry I didnt like her voice

After becoming displaced and homeless a few months back I've been staying at the Red Roof for quite a while. The staff there are amazing simply just amazing anything I needed wanted any issue I had anything no matter what it was they took care of it the housekeeping stuff so polite so kind. I would recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone and everyone! The location is perfect it is dead center of everything You're two minutes from restaurants, stores, The movies roller skating rink, just about anything you can think of Red Roof Inn is dead center of all of it and 30 seconds from the interstate.

About the only thing I could say that I didn't like there is there's not enough parking.

It was great. The only thing I could say is when we opened the door, we were overcome by the disinfectant you used. I do not think that that much infectant was necessary. We had to air out the room for 30 minutes. Perhaps an odourless cleaner as many people are affected by smells. We are not one of them. Other than that...excellent. Would stay again.

Location and lower cost!

I asked the front desk lady to have my room cleaned while I was gone in town and when I got back later in the day, my room wasn’t clean at all! Also, I had to go to the front desk to get more towels and bath cloths!

It was clean, everything was in working condition and the bed was comfortable.

There was a roach problem and I can't stand them. The rooms obviously need to be exterminated more often. I had to kill too many in the evening the past few days. The ceiling is peeling off and wouldn't hurt to be fixed.

Location was good. Staff was ok. Temperature in rm was good and adjustable. Bed was comfortable.

There were a few roaches in the room, around the microwave area and in the bathroom. They only leave one set of towels in the room and there were two of us there for a two night night stay. Had to go to front desk that night after returning from ann event to request more. Room could have been cleared better.

My first time staying at a red roof was atrocious, but I gave them another chance and ended up staying for a week. This makes the 17th time I've stayed with a red roof since then. Red roof continues to hit the mark.

The location is always a quiet.

Check was at 3pm. I arrived at 415 pm thinking things would go better if I arrived a little later. It's the fourth time I've booked ahead, and stayed in this location. Each time I arrived Ive had to wait on my room to be cleaned as I stood outside of the door with my bags watching. I was told by the manager every room was booked. As I clearly passed 4 other rooms that were the same as my king single bed room. They all were clean and empty.

It was quite and peaceful and in decent spot for motel

To expensive for the money paid for the small room expecially having a dog with me to could do better on price there considering I stay there a good bit

Did not eat breakfast here.

Homeless bike rider kept watching us unload our car. Made us uncomfortable but no reflection of the hotel. It was a quiet clean comfortable stay.
