Always a very nice place to stay and perfect with the joining rooms

Could have been cleaner We had broken glass on kitchen floor and I cut my foot. Had a baby crawling all around before we knew glass was there. Hair in bath tub and cheetoes under the couch.

it felt exclusive to us as they had gates around so it kept any riff raff out. we were booking a hotel for a wedding so we weren’t expecting all the amenities that they had as a resort as well but I’ll tell you now the room was clean, common areas were clean everyone was extremely pleasant at all times & for this reason we will be booking a vacation to bring our daughter back in the near future.

The whole atmosphere was beautiful. My grandson absolutely loved the water park. And I loved not having to use housekeeping. I love cleaning behind myself 😃. It was like home away from home. Will definitely be back.

That I couldn’t do a timeshare on this visit. I wanted it in my maiden name , which was a problem, since I’m legally still married. But look out next year. The only other complaint, which is not really a complaint, but more like a preference. OCEANFRONT WOULD BE SPECTACULAR 💥💥💥

The facility and the staff went above and beyond my expectations!! Everyone went out of there way to meet our needs, everything sparking clean. Have recommended to all my friends and family!!!

The pool areas were nice. My kids had a great time. Our room was great, very spacious.

We traveled for 7 hours to get to the hotel arriving an hour and a half after check-in and our room wasn't ready. We had to wonder the area until we got a call letting us know we could go to our room.

This property has everything you could want for a Myrtle Beach vacation. They have enormous rooms, pools, a lazy river, a water playground for the kids with a splash bucket that dumps water every few minutes, a pool bar, shuttles to the beach, a grab and go marketplace for food, and a second property that is oceanfront. This second property doesn’t contain any hotel rooms, rather, it has a second-floor air conditioned room with couches and tv’s and some board games. It also has a third floor outdoor balcony for sunbathing. This second property also has a small pool, hot tub, and two foot and body showers to knock off the sand when you return from the beach. It has a small deck walkway that leads you straight out onto the beach. There is also a small car lot across the street from the second property so you can drive over instead of walking or taking the shuttle. Basically called this place has thought of everything. We look forward to the next opportunity to book with Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach.

The air conditioning would not go below 74 degrees.

The room was wonderful! I liked the tile floors in the rooms. You can see the room was clean. I liked the large bathroom. I didn't use the pool but it looked like alot of fun. Bed in bedroom was great. sofa bed was nice for a sofa bed. The sheets for the sofa bed were very clean. I liked having extra room. Great for families!

The elevator was kinda slow. I was told at check in that there was a bulding on the beach that our key pass would work if we had to go the restroom or get out of the sun. We walked the beach and never found such a building. I asked someone working on the pier and she didn't know what I was talking about. Better explaination of the exact location would have been nice,

I liked they had a kitchen with all the supplies you need to cook with

That it is a timeshare vacation spot so you can only book with them if they have extra rooms

The facility was clean and staff friendly

One elevator work was working in the hotel. Staff did not put a sign on the elevator acknowledging it was broken.

Location and convenience

The staff was a little pushy on presentation.There was one female who was NOT friendly at all.
