The owner is friendly & helpful. I would have given a 10 rating but it is an older hotel still clean & quaint. Really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning…especially the fresh fruit & hard boiled eggs. Coffee is very good also. Beds are very comfortable. Miniature golf was fun & nice little pool too. It was an easy drive to area parks and attractions.

I didn’t really find anything negative about the place…but I wasn’t looking for a luxury resort either. We wanted a nice, clean place with comfortable beds and free breakfast. Having a nice outdoor pool to cool off in and a fun miniature golf course we’re special bonuses

We really loved this hotel!! The beds are so comfy the bathroom a nice size too. We really liked the benches outside the rooms to sit on after a long day sightseeing. Biscuits and gravy with coffee and fruits for breakfast is a plus too. Coffee microwave and fridge in our room and a beautiful room. But most importantly is Wally the owner who is so funny and wonderful to talk too. He gave us sightseeing tips too and tips on the moccasin springs, cascade falls and restaurants. We loved everything here!

Nothing not to like!!

Great location, easy access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. The owner is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge of the area and is willing to share. You can tell he really cares. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. It reminds me of those cool motels from the 50s and 60s era movies, which is super cool. The mini golf course is also a nice touch and was fun for all of our kids. Next time we are in the area, this is the only place we will consider.

We had a last minute change of plans, the owner had a room available and let us check in early. Once he learned of our unexpected change in plans he gave us some great tips on alternative things to do near town and recommended restaurants and even let us borrow some pool towels when we decided to go to the local swimming hole for the afternoon! The continental breakfast was decent and there was plenty of coffee! There was also a grocery store within walking distance.

It was clean and quiet. There is a pool and mini golf. It's located in town, so you could walk to shops. It brought back memories of my childhood when my family stayed at motels on vacation. The bed was comfortable. There was a rocking lounge chair with a footstool to relax in. Nice clean bathroom and mini kitchen. Continental breakfast in the morning. Very nice man that checked me in. I wish I had written down his suggestion on what roads to take back to Indiana. It would have been better than driving through Nebraska, lol!

No negatives. I would stay again.

The property is very well maintained. The pool is super clean and kept at a good temperature. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good and the staff and locals having coffee offer much local information. Exceptionally quiet at night. The PuttPutt Golf on site is fun too! I would recommend Hills Inn. It is also centrally located to your destination vacation/tourist attractions.

this is a classic motel where you park by the door of the room. the room and the motel are well maintained and up to date. the room has the accoutrements of newer hotels (fridge, microwave, breakfast, digital tv service, wi-fi, etc.) but in the old-time form of a small, friendly drive-in motel. i appreciated the fact that the owner was behind the desk checking me in and was happy to chat for a few minutes and offer restaurant recommendations. i would definitely stay here again.

The Hills Inn has a great layout with the door to every room leading outdoors. The building and the rooms are in excellent repair. The rooms are very clean, well furnished, comfortable and everything works very well. The quality of the breakfast food was very good. The owner is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay with no complaints.

This was the last place we stayed on our 3 day work trip and BY FAR, the nicest! It was clean and comfortable (especially the beds), but what made it truly special was the owner, Wally! He welcomes his guests like they are old friends. We would definitely stay here again. And we even bowled a game at the bowling alley that is walking distance from the motel. 🤠 Two thumbs up from Pain Wizard, LLC!

Stayed for 3 days, asked each day what could be done for us. Told us how to get around the road construction. Told us what was happening in the local aera.

Really liked the friendliness of the staff. room was clean when we checked in and was right to our liking. Called to make sure we stilled had a room because we where running late and might be late getting in to town, was told no problem , we still had a room.
