I rescue and rehome German Shepherd Service Dogs. This day I rescued one whose owner had past away and the Pup was a nervous wreck so much so that he had a few accidents from his distraught and confused situation. The Staff were of great help early inn the morning. I felt a littler embarrassed, as I had never had one react this way in eight years and I was worried the staff might be upset with me even after I cleaned up the hall where the pup was sick. I reported it immediately to the front Desk Clerk who put my worry at rest. I can only say thank you and that the Pup has a new home with a Disabled Veteran.

The breakfast was great. Location was great. Hotel was new and clean. Staff was friendly.

We requested adjoining rooms way ahead of time. Did not get them. The pool was really cold for our little one and us. The hot tub was warm, not hot and heater went out during the night so when we attempted to use it the next morning it was cold. I would suggest doing the pool cleaning/chlorinating earlier in the day. The pool was closed until 5 on a Saturday. When you pay that much for a room, all services and requests should be ready to go when guests check in.

Staff was great at check-in. They were extremely busy but made every effort to get every quickly checked-in. Clean staff was also very busy during turnover but was working quickly to get rooms cleaned in a timely manner. Loved the pan cake machine at the breakfast line.

I wish we could have had an early check-in option; we wanted to get dressed for a wedding at 4:00 PM. Parking was a little confusing, primarily because of the snow piles.

the main beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, quality pillows and blankets, really nice complimentary toiletries. free breakfast was nice. staff was kind. pantry was helpful at times.

the free breakfast was great but it was the same thing everyday. There were a few options but staying for multiple days with kids made it difficult when the options were always the same. online it was advertised with pictures of waffle makers and more which was never an option. the hot tub had to much chlorine to the point it burned my eyes after awhile. my key card stopped working on the second to last day and I got locked out of my room a few times.

We appreciated the breakfast and the size of our room made it more comfortable for our family to move about. At no fault of the hotel, we had a child get sick which made our stay not super enjoyable, but having a laundry room so accessible was hugely helpful and the staff were very understanding and kind about it.

Very accommodating and the facilities are good. The room or the place is clean and very comfortable for staying in. It was nice and we enjoyed.

We expect to enjoy the pool but it was not available that time. However, it was just fine because they have acceptable reasons why the pool is not available.

it was near the freeway and the attractions so traveling wasn't that long which was great. and the pool was nice and big even had a small area for kids to play in which was wonderful. good breakfast area and good amount for seating as well.

pool water was freezing cold.

I liked the breakfast a lot. Everything offered was good.

One frustrating thing: The TV system provided no way to know what was on each channel. No programming information or guide describing the programming, other than premium/pay per view options. Hitting the "info" button was not functional. You had to sit through long commercial breaks to see what was on a certain channel.

Pool area was great for kids. Location convenient to major highways.

Booked a family suite for 2 adults and 4 kids. The pull-out couch was only a twin. I had to request a roll-away bed, and go to the front desk several times to request enough linens.

The staff were very friendly an helpful. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here any time. Thank you to the staff for making it a wonderful stay.

The only complain is the toilet after you flushed It made a very high pitch noise. But I could live with it.
