Heidi, the GM, is AMAZING! A++ Amy, A+ Katelyn, A Monika, A Clark, A Rodney, A++ in cleanliness; wow! Anna and Erika, A ...all other personnel I met whose names I don't recall = A Grade~! 👍 The entire staff are simply South Dakota, MAGNIFICIENT! The Breakfast is good; it is NOT great! Quality = EXCELLENT! However, the eggs are out of a box. 😱 One cannot order any scrambled eggs, softly; one cannot have 'Sunny-Side-Up eggs; otherwise, it is fine. The three (3) days / week Social is a fantastic concept; 👏 however, the food selection could be better; i.e., hot wings, barbecue ribs, hot dogs, mac and cheese, fried chicken from popeyes, potato salad, salad, etc... would make it rock to high Heaven experience. 🤗

The Hotel...Property is not located in a convenient area; especially when one doesn't have a car; it is too far out-of-the-way. 😭 Location! Location! Location! 💦 Happy Hour must have better food choices; I mean, afterall, when you opt to do this, it must be done well or don't do at all. Breakfast is good; yet, fresh eggs, omelettes, pancakes, grits (even if it were in the packets as is the oatmeal) would be welcomed; ditto!

Very clean , open , friendly staff

Everything was wonderful, however we would have preferred the bathroom completely private with the sink in the sane too as the toilet and shower instead of the sink area open to the kitchen with moor door. Also if there could have been a surge protector outlet at the bathroom sink area as you cannot run a blow dryer on high without blowing a fuse would have been nice.

very clean, better breakfast especially compared to hotels we’ve stayed at in last two years, spacious rooms, nice staff, we liked that we had a kitchen setup in room, we were happy they were pet friendly as we have a dog, price a little expensive but comparable to other hotels we’ve stayed at.

the only thing was the trash cans were full outside and our tub didn’t put out as much water but we let them know about it and they were happy to put work order in.

Very clean and cozy. Quiet and the kids loved the pool.

No adult staff supervision in the pool. The pool was over taken by teenage kids being crazy in the pool while my little one was trying to swim. Asked them nicely to stay towards the deep end to keep my little safe and a parent who had just showed up after a long time got an attitude and told me it's a pool and they will swim wherever they want. Seemed like a sports team traveling. Would have been nice to have a staff member there making sure everyone was being safe. And parents should be required to be present.

Such a great hotel - brand new! We had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We frequently drive back and forth between Minnesota and Colorado and we'll definitely stay here again. Exceeded expectations!

We booked a Suite with a king bed and got one with 2 queens instead. This has happened more than once. The property said that this is on the 3rd party

Not a huge variety in breakfast food. pool was cold the second day and hot tub not working. Our child was not happy that the pool was so cold and she couldn’t enjoy it like she wanted.

Staff was amazing. The rooms were super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good (for being in the middle of a pandemic). I loved that our suites had real dishes, even wine glasses. It has a full refrigerator, dishwasher and had a 2 burner stove. If I didn't want to go out for food I would have had no qualms to cook a full meal.

The hotel was in an odd place. But easy enough to get to. Pool area was my least favorite of any hotel I've been to. It was way to hot, to the point it was very hard to breath.

Good location. Kitchen in rooms with a full fridge. Sink separate from bathrooms. Comfortable bedding. Great price.

No cozy blankets. Jacuzzi dirty. Coffee in rooms not very exciting.

The King suite was amazing! So clean and room service was in and out without being invasive. I never got the chance to eat breakfast there but I loved the Social gathering treats from 5:30-7:00; that was an amazing way to key down from a hard days work! The best thing I liked about my stay was that everyday I came back from the office; the hallways smelled like Lysol! I loved that because I knew they were taking the Corona Virus seriously with all of us travelers coming in and out. Thanks so much and I look forward to visiting again, soon.

The bed felt like a board was underneath my the bed padding after my second night sleeping there??? Otherwise, I have no complaints.
