Best Western Brentwood

We had a large suite, lots of room. It was modern. Parking was convenient.

There was no room in the bedroom or bathroom for our things. No counter space. No room for 2 suitcases. Mine was in the sitting room. There were no towel racks at all. The shower was an overhead and had half a glass door. So water got all over the floor. It was really a mess. The sitting room was spacious, but not much furniture so it was really a lot of wasted space. There was a little “kitchen” space, but no sink. Breakfast was just average.

Our room was great. I called ahead of time to let the reception know that we would arrive super late as we were coming for a family member being in the hospital. They were super friendly and even got us on the ground floor next to the door for quick access in and out.

We needed bedding for the sofabed on our second night and the person at reception was VERY rude. We called and asked for bedding and he told us to go get it from the front desk, No problem, my husband went to pick it up. He handed him a sheet. He asked if he could also get a blanket and the guy at reception huffed and said "you didn't ask for a blanket!" Aside from this unfriendly person, our stay was wonderful and the rest of the staff was very kind!

Front desk staff member named Yemi was very personable, always smiling, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Good eye contact. Breakfast area had different options and clean. Everything smelled clean and fresh.

We had a handicap room. The seal at shower to protect water from getting on floor needs repaired. Part of the rubber seal was away from the floor resulting in water leaving shower area. Front desk guy was not a good representative of your hotel, personality wise.

Location, price.

Not completely ADA accessible. Stairs to get to breakfast from.your hallway door. Otherwise, you have to exit the back side door, go outside and come I the front door and repeat to return to your room. No handheld shower head. Only one handrail in the bathroom in the shower.; none by the toilet. No seat in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone handicapped.

When we pulled up I was very surprised at how clean and beautiful this place was. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and courtesy. We booked a double king room. I was very surprised when I walked in and see how much room we had. The location is perfect for getting in and out of, there is a little shopping mall with a Target in the front entrance. Food was also close by. For the price this place was a steal. Clean room with clean bathrooms and an amazing contemporary breakfast.

No elevators would be the only down fall we found in the place.

Very secure and safe place. Comfortable bed! Great breakfast options too. Hotel rooms often don’t have clean appliances but these were scrubbed well!

Shower had a lot of mildew, but that’s the South for you. Everything else, including coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were very clean!

Once you find the facility, it has a charming look. Several smaller buildings in a compact setting. Check-in was delightful. The room was spacious, and the breakfast setting was as good as the breakfast. The cost was very affordable.

This isn't anything they can improve, but the buildings are hard to see from the road. The very tall sign is clear and obvious, but the two-story buildings are not because of the topography, and the elevated nearby streets.

Every staff member we encountered was amazing and extremely helpful and eager to please. The room we were in was updated. There were some questionable design decisions but I loved having wood-looking floors and plenty of room to move and somewhat of a kitchenette (no sink). The beds & pillows were comfortable.

The door to get into our hallway was broken so the key was not needed. I didn't feel that was very safe. The Waffle house next door was not friendly! Parking was an issue at times.

We had a small problem with the location of our rooms. an employee, Faiez worked with us and totally resolved the problem. He was extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice, and they were clean and functional. The breakfasts were fine, the areas were very clean, and we had everything we needed.

We would have liked adjoining rooms, but we were across the hall. Not a big problem.

Breakfast was awesome-pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee&creamers,yogurt, eggs,bacon...The room was serviced every day! Employees were All friendly and willing to help, Room was spacious and clean.

We had no negatives here. Exceeded my expectations! We had a car and could get anywhere in Nashville easily.
