Location was good. We were there to take our kids to the Nashville zoo. It was convenient to everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It is by a railroad but I didn’t hear the train once maybe and that was during the day. I know one person complained about the water pressure but we had great water pressure. It came with a fully stocked kitchenette.

Nothing on the hotels part but we did have people below us that complained that we were loud. We have a 5year old and a 2 year old. So we did get a call. But again like I said it was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

I loved everything. Couldn't ask for better. The staff was super nice and the bed was restful.

There was only one thing I would take away from the hotel and that is NO BREAKFAST. We worked overnight and when we got off, instead of heading to the hotel to eat breakfast and head to our room to get some rest, we had to travel to get breakfast, then head back to the hotel to rest when we were already tired from working all night. Other than that, it was perfect.

NOW What can I say, this place is awesome, Beds were comfortable, Pillows real fluffy, noise insulation was great barely heard anything, Staff was very Courtesy, place was super clean, ran around white shocks, not one Speck of dirt on floor, all new rooms and Hotel was new, all furnished place, like my own Apartment with dishes and cookware, didnt want to leave, told me I had to leave, lol ran out of money or I would still be there.

7 days went by way too fast, very nice place and staff was super nice!

New and clean, kitchen was well-equipped, bathroom great, spacious suite with extra bedroom, sofa bed and recliner chair, laundry on premises, friendly staff.

The lighting in the bedroom and living area was too dark and somewhat cold/eerie. The bathroom had the best lighting. Mattress on sofa bed was very thin and uncomfortable (could feel the springs). The much-appreciated BBQ was not working well, did not heat up well.

The location as well as the bed, shower, and size of the room were pluses for us. It seemed to be an older hotel, but the cleanliness and comfort were very good. We would recommend staying her to others.

It's minor thing but having some coffee maker filters in the room would be helpful.

Location, cleanliness. Very spacious room with a kitchenette. Clean linens and a beautiful bathroom. Felt very safe.

Only issue was staffing at the front desk. Was told someone left without warning so no one was there for checkin. Had to call over and over.

It's a brand new hotel conveniently located near the highway. We were the first people to stay in the room which was amazing. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is next to train tracks. The train passes at around 12am and again at around 6am. It was loud enough to wake us up. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Room. Although longer shower curtains would have kept less water off floor. Longer shower head pipe would make it easier to change flow rates on multyowcrste shower head. My wife is 5’1” and couldn’t enjoy the various adjustments nor could she change the one I left on.

Stop train traffic between 10pm Md 6 am. Jk but trains which are right next door are loud.

It was super clean, easy to use the facilities, the staff were very helpful and our accommodations were above and beyond what we expected.

The dog poop that was left on the property and not cleaned up was an eye sore and it stank. A little lime to put on top of it would help it to break down faster.

Loved the room setup with the fridge and dishes and sink awesome to have even for small stuff

The garbage left in stairwells and outside over the weekend got cleaned up Monday after I asked about it
