loved how easy it was to get to downtown and other areas we wanted to visit. it was clean etc. I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open yet. we came from the Northwest and I wanted to be able to lay out in the sun etc while we were there but it hadn’t opened yet.

Extremely fast checkin, fast elevators, cheerful breakfast service that was easily available. Even the take-and-go offerings included boiled eggs, which I appreciated, and the packaged bagels were soft. The breakfast options were not hidden behind the front desk, as in other hotels, where one has to ask for everything as you need it. The staff were naturally cheerful and friendly and accommodating. Our room was of course very nicely appointed and clean and up-to-date--just as we expect from Hampton Inns. The pleasantness of the hotel, normally taken for granted, was remarkable such that we actually voiced our agreement together, and we've stayed here many times before. Good job!

The breakfast was excellent. They had a good selection, and variety, for all needs. The gentleman that served us was very friendly and attentive and he actually whistled while he worked. DJ at the front desk deserves a shoutout for his service also.

Our room was directly across from the elevator on the 1st floor. We heard everything anybody said while they were using the elevator. It was quite noisy in the early morning or late evening.

The location was great, customer service was awesome, the beds were super comfy. The breakfast we all enjoyed and I definitely would return.It was a small little hideaway from everything which was nice. It was quiet compared to ofher hotels and no connecting doors which was great.
I found a dirty sock in our room which was gross and it wasn't ours.

We stayed in room 214. Shower was terrible. Very low water pressure. Cold water. Took a long time to get warm and then would turn so hot you food r stand it then got cold again. Never got a decent shower during our stay
