When booking, our reservation for 5 people the confirmation said, “breakfast included in the final price”. Of course, we assumed that meant breakfast for all of us that stayed in the room. However, when I asked at the front desk the morning that we were supposed to eat breakfast, the lady working the front desk wasn’t really sure of her answer. She hesitantly told me that when I was given a voucher at check-in, and it only covered one adult to eat breakfast. I showed her my reservation confirmation, and again she didn’t really know what to say. This part was very disappointing, but other than that our stay was good.

it was clean, had everything I needed, staff was so friendly accommodating and helpful, the hotel it self was beautiful with the waterfall and the see through elevator I felt like I was in a movie. breakfast was fantastic!

the pool seemed to have too much chlorine and we noticed a floating ball of hair, and the hot tub had way too many chemicals to try to relax in it. it started getting cloudy when we turned the jets on. we still enjoyed our stay and swam for a few hours so it was okay

Clean and fancy at a great price. Friendly and easy check in/ out. Pool was packed we didn’t get chance to use it but it looked very nice

View from window was a forest. With our long stay it would have been nice to have breakfast included. This was My first time in this area. Maybe tell guests they need reservations for most places to eat to save them some stress

Clean, nice location. Updated. Rachel at the front desk was so wonderful to meet. She gave me so many pointers on dining and was so generous with her time. I observed her with an polite older couple in front of me who were asking turn for turn directions on getting downtown to Nashville and she was so patient with them. I may not have been as patient being the customer standing behind them if I hadn’t overheard how professional and sweet she was to them. So big shout out to Rachel for her upbeat customer service! She should be the face of your property!

Our window looked out into an overgrown section of lawn and trees. Little gloomy but was ok for one night.

The breakfast was excellent. Although it wasn’t included in the price of the stay we still enjoyed it. In the future, all guest should be allowed to eat the breakfast for free for the price that’s charged per night. . The rooms were very clean.

We loved everything

We had the hotel mostly to ourselves, very roomy and beds super comfortable and huge bathroom.

When I got to the hotel I had printed out the confirmation information, but the hotel had no record of it. Spent over 45 minutes talking to the manager, having to call booking and they had to send them a email so they would give us a room. The also charged me almost $200 over the price booking had gave me. Next time I will reserve through the hotel. And it was my Birthday and I had drove 4 hours, not a good feeling.

I’m very picky about cleanliness and this hotel is SPOTLESS. Even the carpet and sofas were spotless and clean. I stayed in my room for 2 full days and could not find one stain or smudge. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well. The pillows and bed were also very comfy and I would love to know what kind of pillows they use. They were fluffy yet supportive and overall very comfortable.

I was disappointed to find out after arriving that there is no room service due to covid, and also no breakfast or lunch available on site either- which is one of the main reasons I chose those hotel for a little getaway. But thankfully I was able to use DoorDash.

The location was great and beautiful; loved the hills

Nothing. I wish the staff would have come into our suite and collected trash and provided housekeeping. I realize we are in a covid pandemic; however, how is coming into rooms and providing housekeeping any different than hotel lunge, bar, and restaurant providing services with little social distancing and bo masks. That confused me. I think I should have gotten a discount since I took care of my trash and had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Great location, close to everything very comfortable spacious room. Executive lounge was very nice

Beds were not super comfy and pillows were very flat. Also was not aware I did not have a balconey.

room was a nice size , up to date and had a good layout , beds and pillows were comfortable.

the parking situation was a bit weird and had to park way in the back, but I think there as due to the amount of people who stayed that night and the fact we got back late from our event.
