breakfast was good & was reasonable - also had dinner one night & was very good - I would recommend

My reservation was for 2 rooms for 2 nights because my wife & myself and my son, daughter in law & my 2 grand kids were coming with us - 2nd room - departure morning (05/20) my 11 year old grandson was diagnosed with strep throat. - highly contagious - needless to say they could not travel with us. My question is why the Hilton released the 2nd room at no charge according to received recites BUT Booking .Com did not. I could understand if the Hilton didn't release but they did & Booking kept the pre paid full amount.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and the beds were comfy.

The pool was small and the heater was out. The main reason for our stay at this hotel was for the pool. The room was small and mundane for the price. I probably would not stay here again unless it was cheaper.

Needs to be more convenient to communicate with this property directly….I was informed that discounts were not honored when a certain capacity was reached…that information is not forecoming!

Very well maintained facility.

The price was higher than in past visits to this property and I didn't like that but understand why it has gone up as with everything else. Those damn democrats are ruining America with their unrealistic policies.

The Hilton is a very nice place to getaway with your family so you can clear your head queen room was very warm welcoming beds were comfy and soft water pressure was nice staff is extremely friendly

Well the bar / restaurant was closed due to New Years but it opened back on the day we was leaving but that’s ok

Was a last minute booking while traveling north. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Rooms had all the standard amenities. Location to the interstate was good. Other notable item for those staying here is to drive to downtown Bristol and check out the Bristol Bagel and Bakery, this was a little gem we found and the highlight of our stop in Bristol.

Even though I booked through Booking.com most places would still associate to your hilton honors number even though you get no points for the stay. Allows you to easily see the stays. The front desk was not willing to put in the number. As for the room, the shower head was not the best and did not fully function.

This hotel 🏨 is absolutely super! Everything was great. Super clean. Beautiful lobby that has a really nice fireplace where you can sit! Excellent restaurant with a super good hand made breakfast! Nice pool- and exercise room. Right next door to Cracker Barrel. Lovely views on top of a bill- convenient location to just about a urgent g in the area - the speedway - and lots of restaurants. Nice spacious room with mini fridge, keurig, and microwave. Very quiet and super nice staff. Kudos to Nathan who checked us in on the night shift. Really helpful and drew things on the map for us that we were interred in! Loved 🥰 loved the seasonal decorations in the lobby. Super fun and festive. 🍀

There was nothing. The digital stuff was awesome and very easy to use to get registers. The reservation showed up on my digital calendar! Awesome.

Nice location, the Hotel was maintained in excellent clean condition. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I have stayed here many times as I like the newness of the facility.

I loved that they had a restaurant and bar on site.

Staff tried to play games with the time change. Also no shuttle or cab service.
