The front desk staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

At the last minute (literally after initial check in time), I was notified that they overbooked the double Queen rooms and I was being changed to a king room. I was traveling with my adult daughter and that was not going to work. They did put in a cot to make it work. They told me that even though I booked months in advance, I was being changed because I booked through Bookings. They said they prioritize people who book directly through them. This was a NASCAR race weekend, so there wasn’t an option to go somewhere else. I guess from now on, if it is a very busy time, I will not use Bookings (I use Bookings for 10-12 hotels a year) since it seems that those reservations are not as important to the Hotels.

Great location to our friends, antique stores, flea markets and restaurants. Turkey sausage and chocolate waffles =) Bed was good, not too soft. Variety of pillow firmness. We slept really well. The shower was delightful!

The water temp in the sink was never hot, only luke warm, not sure if that was on purpose.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff at the front desk was so very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. There was easy access to our floor.

I didn’t like the elevators moved before the doors shut.

PETS were OUT of control for two nights straight...... I will never stay in a Hotel with Pets again. It was insane. One would start barking and the others would follow along. It was awful !!!!!!

Everything was outstanding. The lady at the front desk was so nice. We were there around three hours before checking in and she was so helpful in going ahead and giving us a room

There was nothing to dislike about the property or people at all

The Hampton inn at Bristol is very clean, comfortable and has a good breakfast. The staff is excellent as well.

The only issue I had with the hotel is that I could hear trucks on the road behind my room throughout the night.

The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was very helpful and kind. Aaron at the reception desk was just wonderful

That our schedule didn't have room to extend our stay

the only two complaints we had were the ac didn’t stay on no matter what we set it to. It would get warm when it wasn’t on. The hotel is right next to the highway and the windows don’t block out the sound of the traffic so it made it hard to sleep.

The room was clean and stocked. It was ready at check in. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

The noise from I81 is very prevalent. Not unexpected since the hotel is located along side the interstate.

Breakfast could of had a better variety over 4 days there, it was literally the same each day. Also room service lacked, had to ask for towels daily.
