The floors were finished in laminate wood. It was nice to not be walking on a potentially dirty carpet. There was plenty of hot water even with two people showering back to back. Excellent water pressure, too. The refrigerator kept things cold and the freezer froze our water bottles relatively quickly. The heater worked well and kept the room warm.There is plenty of parking spaces. Located just down the street from major restaurants and shopping areas. Good value for the money.

They are in the midst of a remodel which they tell you about up front. However, there was a 1/2 inch gap between the hotel door and the door's frame. Had I been solo, this would have been a bigger issue for me. The bed is tall and hard for my shrinking 5'2" self to get up on. Also, whenever you moved on the bed, it sounded like a large drum being played. This is disconcerting when you're trying not to waken another person. My bed had a large dip in the middle which made climbing in and out even harder. Some of the electrical outlets did not work properly. I don't think the USB port in the lamp truly worked. There was quite a bit of traffic noise on our last night, but I think this was due to the door more than anything. Loved the flooring, but it could have used a good swiffering.

most of the staff registration and housekeeping were extremely accommodating and helpful. They never had an issue giving extra towels or anything of that nature. The staff was readily available with local places to eat and things to do while you were in Bristol. registration staff was even extremely accommodating and let me upgrade my room Shiva king since I had an error reserved two queens this accommodation was very much appreciated.

I only had two small issues with my stay. The first issue was once the coffee was gone in the morning for the continental breakfast I was told they don’t make anymore even though continental breakfast time wasn’t over this only happened on my last day of stay. also my second last year which was on the last test day was with the owner he was watching and waiting for people to check out but he was standing somewhat of obscured which made me somewhat uncomfortable. I know it was not his intention to cause anyone discomfort it just made me as a woman a little cautious.

I was super impressed with the updates recently made to the rooms - full-size fridge, sink and a stove as well as fresh paint throughout. Beds had down comforters and were very comfortable. Outside noise was not bad, especially for a Friday night. Location was good and I felt safe. Beautiful mountain view in the morning.

One outlet didn't work. Yogurt, fruit and pastry was ok for breakfast but could use more options. Juice machine was out of order.

Very clean and updated rooms flat eye stoves big refrigerators new bedding it was awesome and the pool was so clean and just the right temp and the staff was very helpful was the best hotel I've stayed in the trip cities area

The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The property is always clean and well maintained. Even on busy holidays and special event dates the property is quiet and respectable. A great value for any Bristol area event or travel occasion.

The doors show much wear and abuse, but are secure and ensures privacy.

We loved that we had a ground floor room since we had some expensive equipment with us on this trip. The location of the hotel was great! Did not take us very long to get to and from the Bristol Motor Speedway. After the first night we pretty much knew our way around town.

The ice machine on the ground floor where we were was out of order. I was disappointed with the appearance of the inside of our room. You could tell there had been a water leak from above by the stain on the ceiling and water bubble on the wall.

It was clean and comfortable and I could get to sleep; since rest was the main thing I needed, that was enough. I was just looking for a place to spend the night on my way home. Thanks for being there.

One thing was that it was raining, which of course is nobody's fault. It was a long walk up the hill, but I needed the exercise. And the room was on the third floor, but at least there was an elevator to take up a suitcase.

It was private but my family and I ask for a ground floor room, I get really sick of heights. We always need a ground floor. Other then where we were everything was fine.

They put us on the 4 th floor, we did not like this at all

This hotel never fails to deliver high levels of service along with extremally clean rooms and grounds. It is clear to see that those running and working at this hotel take pride in their work. The while while being basic breakfast cakes works well. The coffee is fresh and hot and the Apple & Orange Juice is cold refreshing.

They say you can't put lipstick on a pig. But in this instance, they successfully did with a not-so-pretty room. But an immaculate room. We very much appreciated the clean beds, floors, and linens,

The not-so-pretty is mostly cosmetic. You have paint cracked on the ceiling and the tub needed a new layer. Nothing else was too noticeable or derogatory.
