I couldn’t eat because I was having surgery. My husband said the breakfast was really nice and that the coffee was good. Room was clean and had a pleasant smell. The staff was awesome and helpful.

We always watch the UP channel, but it wasn’t available. I can’t sleep lying down due to arthritis and multiple joint replacements, so a recliner or an ottoman would have been helpful.

Location was great! When we arrived, we entered the parking lot via the back side of the hotel & it looked a little shady. The parking lot is not in very good condition. The lobby was nice & front desk people were friendly. The inside of the room looked a whole lot better than the outside! It was very clean, modern, & comfortable!

Wasn't far from Casion and restaurants. Staff ,housekeeping very Profesional and nice and respectful. Like the check in with newsp,cany restaurants vouchers. Quality Inn #1 Everything was Quality worth it 💯👍

rooms were very spacious and newly renovated. everything was clean. staff was very friendly and had Hot coffee available when we arrived. They had about 40 minis staying the same night we were there and everyone seemed very pleased. There was a nice continental breakfast in a beautifully clean dining area. The laundry room was spotless too.

Road going in was in very poor condition. Lots of potholes which are hard on minis.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and smelled fresh, the location was close to all the best restaurants and shopping centers.

The highway noise was a little loud but not enough to keep us awake.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, and plenty of towels. Garrett, at the front desk, was super sweet and helpful. We only stayed overnight on our way to Philly but would definitely recommend for longer if needed.

The staff at check in desk was amazing each time I encountered them. Friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but we stayed in a suite and it was updated and very nice especially for the price. Will definitely stay again.

Outside needs updating a bit. The breakfast that was included was lack luster to say the least. Frozen sandwich, water, breakfast grain bar.

Great location right off the highway. Safe parking in front of the room which was important to us as we had a luggage rack filled with bags on the top of our car. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast got the job done. Would recommend since it was about $100 less than the neighboring hotels.

The location is perfect for attending Bristol Motor Speedway events. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close. It was easy to access and worth the $$.

The road into the hotel could use a little patching. Parking lot could use some updating.

old, not well finished, but comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Good thing there is a Waffle House nearby! All in all, I’d say good value for my purposes. perfect location in relation to the racetrack.
