Great location to look out mountain activities and a super Walmart Close by. Clean rooms nice little indoor pool for the kids and friendly staff.

The room was spacious and clean. It was also a good location while traveling through and just needing a place to sleep. There was a nice dresser with a microwave and a good sized fridge. We just slept here but would be willing to stay again if we were spending time in Chattanooga.

The only thing that we didn't like was no spare pillows or blankets in the room. We might have been able to ask for them but didn't try since we got in at 12:30 am. Also, our room location was very inconvenient. We stayed in the front of the building but had to park in the back of the building. This meant walking up to the third floor with our stuff and having to walk all around the entire building to our room.

Have stayed here before and loved my stay - I had to come back!! The staff here were new, efficient, patient and helpful - easy to talk to, and in 2 minutes, I was in my room. The manager that was present here before was super nice, and recognized me on my previous stays - sad that she retired, but nice to see the hotel still being run by capable and friendly staff. Room was comfy, armchair was great to put all my stuff, lots of room for luggage, fridge, microwave and a big TV - everything worked well and no complaints, etc. Bathroom was well-stocked and the view’s stunning - nice to wake up and see the hills.

Floors could be cleaned a little more though, seemed a tad dirty.

Pretty location in the mountains. We were able to park right outside our room which made it easy to take things from our car into our room. Bed was comfortable

Breakfast wasn't very good. Not much to choose from. It was very noisy with people arriving late and making lots of noise. Kids were yelling at 3am. Rooms need more soundproofing insulation.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable with an extra pillow. The breakfast included an automatic pancake maker! Fun to watch. The room included a microwave and large mini fridge .

Being near the highway is good and bad. The trucks can be noisy, so can other occupants. I always bring a travel size white noise machine. It works well to eliminate outside noise.

ROOM RATES WERE GREAT,GOT CHECKED IN EARLY, BREAKFAST WAS OFFERED, POOL WAS OPEN. LOCATION OF HOTEL IS GREAT.WE ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE. FRIENDLY STAFF ALWAYS

ONLY COMPLAINTS I have were small and if I had not been an executive housekeeper at a hotel myself previously would not have noticed THEM. vent in bathroom needed to be dusted and outdoor light by one of our rooms flashed all night through shades may needed bulb changed or just tightened up and young adults were not able to connect game system to tv to play while in room .None of those mentioned ruined our stay in any way and we will book again when in area

The price was great for the value! It has flaws here and there. Little things that may need repaired but for the price I would stay again. The most important part was the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly!! The pool is decent too! The breakfast was decent as well. They have pancakes, cereal, toast, orange juice and good coffee.

I have no complaints.

It was very close to Everything! Lookout mountain, Ruby falls, Coolidge Park, Miller Park, downtown. Location was easy to get too. The price was great.

The only ice Machine is on ground level and didn’t work, could keep the Breakfast going until 10am, and maybe stop other guest from smoking Skunk Weed out on the walkways.

Our kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was prompt to switch out our microwave when I let the front desk know ours wasn’t heating up.

Pool got over crowded. One of the doors for our joining rooms wouldn’t open. Batteries out of remote for tv.

Location was excellent...easy to reach from the highway. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a dedicated dog walk area. Lots of places to eat close.

The continental breakfast was pretty skimpy but at least there was one.
