Nice comfortable room with a balcony. Loved the beds. Hot showers. Free Breakfast

Clogged shower and sink drain. Visable Rat trap box.

The location was great. We were able to walk just 0.5 miles down the street to Station Street. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Our room was clean, but you could tell some parts were outdated. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was very friendly!

We didn't not like anything, but just think some updates need to be made. For example. the door to our room was very hard to open because it was scraping against the door frames. Our TV cabinet drawers also wouldn't stay shut which wasn't a big deal, but just another thing that could be updated.

Breakfast was good. Could be improved with greater selection of French rolls, wheat and white bread. REAL orange and cranberry juice and sausage patties. Also the introduction of hash brown potatoes The location was fabulous. So much so that we were able to walk to 3 of our favorite meal locations: FEED, STIR and HI FI CLYDE's.

The height of my wife's night stand was too low. Her night stand also didn't allow her lighting to be at the same height as mine. BTW, we were in Room 402.

I didn't get a chance to try breakfast.

The fact that the property advertises balconies is quite deceiving, because you still had to go out front if you wanted to enjoy a puff of a cigar, or cigarette. The hotel should change its policy regarding this, because it looks rather tacky to have a bunch of people standing outside of your hotel smoking, when you have private balconies.

The friendly people, the cleanliness, the dog park, the pool, and breakfast was great!!!

The location is kind of in a busy work area but other than that it was dealable. Oh and the fridge in our room the knob was broke but I put it back in and seem to be a hole under the fridge so it kept leaning. Think it’s needing a new board under the fridge. Other than that it was good.

Great quality for the price! The room was clean. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Beds/mattress were extremely comfy. Check out wasn't until 11, that's a plus!

The room had a moldy smell. The location wasn't the best, but there grounds were fair. There was a fridge leak and I suppose the A/C unit needed a tune up it blew out only stuffy moldy air. Doors to room need speed/soft door closers, door closed slammed extremely loud! Room lighting was dark

They had available rooms, the staff was pleasant and the rooms and facilities were clean. Our prior reservation for two rooms on another reservation was not met as they had overbooked and we were able to get a room the same night here. The price was good, it turned out to be an infinitely better location as well.

The rooms were small. Even for hotels. We were traveling with BMX bikes which we always bring into the rooms with us and we had to do some creative storage to make sure we had room for bikes and a suitcase.

The staff was awesome- the workers in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. the food was good and a perfect way to start the day. I loved that we were close to everything we wanted to see in Chattanooga - we saw Ruby Falls, Rock City, Aquarium, Point Park, Warehouse Row and shops downtown - I don't think we drove more than 15 minutes to get to any of them. Room was clean and smelled good - beds slept great and there was plenty of room.

While it didn't affect our stay, I thought the placement of the faucet on the sink was odd; the only other thing that I saw that didn't look great were scrape marks on the panels surrounding the elevator doors - everything else looked so nice, and those scrape marks really stood out.

The Breakfast was excellent. It was one of the best that I have ever had at a Hotel, and I have stayed at a lot of Hotels. The lady working the Breakfast was great.

Our room only had one chair and that is not adequate for two people. Most Hotels I stay in have at least a computer chair and a comfortable chair. The majority have a small table with 2 chairs.

Rooms were clean, had most everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good .the location is in the middle of a lot of the attractions. There was a balcony.

Wish the balcony had two lawn chairs .you couldn't sit outside. Wish the bath tub drained a little better and taking a bath tge shower still hit you in a little..maybe plumbing is a little off .
