The room was large, clean and quiet. We enjoyed having a suite, the pool and hot tub were nice. the breakfast was good although it would be nice if it were available until 10 am. Having coffee available all day was great. There is a lovely patio area with nice furniture and fireplaces that overlooks the river. would be a nice place to relax in good weather. The staff was friendly.

Our room lacked storage, had only 1 towel rod and the shower head dripped constantly. To be fair, we reported the issue but told the desk we really did not want a plumber there while we were there. We stayed 2 nights and no one ever came to clean the room or empty our trash. We had a balcony but the screen was broken. None of these issues are major but I expect more from a Marriott property. Also did not like that parking was $14 per day. I knew this when I booked and we were expecting a parking garage. This was just a large parking lot right there on sight.

All staff members were exceptionally nice, especially facilities. Check in was quick. We were provided with an early check in, upon request. Room was in great condition. It was very nice using the provided soaps and shampoos. The hair dryer was also quite nice. Great water pressure. I really appreciated how the thermostat in the room was accurate and quick to adjust. The coffee in the room was delicious, smooth, and comforting. It was a thoughtful touch to provide both mugs and to go cups. The pool/hot tub was a blast and my kids loved it. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. Check out was a breeze. Scotties was convenient and delicious. Again, an extra shout out to the phenomenal facilities staff!

I thought it was a bit strange there was no bacon or waffles/pancakes served at breakfast. But this was definitely not a deal breaker and I was still quite pleased with their selection.

Scotties On The River is a resturaunt attached to the hotel. We had no idea when we booked our room at the Springhill but we were very pleased. The resturaunt had some of the best drinks and food we've had. The shower in the hotel was super nice and the room was very clean. Valet parking was an expense we weren't expecting but $14 for overnight valet wasn't too bad. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Oh and the continental breakfast was delicious.

The mattress was a tad uncomfortable but definitely better than most hotels.

great location close to the aquarium but not too close. Great view along the river, easy access to the River Walk. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

Despite their own parking lot, it costs $14/night to park there. Perhaps this was because they have a restaurant attached, but it wasn’t a city hotel with limited parking. They offer valet for the same price and the staff was always friendly and helpful, but still…$14?

The design of the hotel.

I was really surprised after i left that we had to pay for parking. I had an elderly aunt with me so i didnt notice the sign stating that we had to pay for it. Now im getting messages to pay it. No problem but obviously i didnt get a telephone off the sign that i didnt notice. Please send me that # and i will pay it but wont be back. Thank you. 205-603-0111

Breakfast was really good. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of driving and walking. The view was amazing.

We came down later for breakfast, instead of letting us know they were packing it up, they actively tried to pick up what we were trying to plate. And said nothing while doing it. We understand it might have been time for it to end but some communication just would have been nice.

This hotel was wonderful! The night before I had tried to save some money and booked online a motel for $107. It was disgusting! So I decided to treat myself after that and found this great Springhill Suites on the river in Chattanooga. It was $90 more than the previous night and 1000% better! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The room was perfect, with the most comfortable pillows! If I ever visit Chattanooga again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

I can’t think of a thing!

A great selection of food and beverage choices. Including it in the room rate is always great. Dining room was very pleasant. If we revisit in warmer weather , sitting outside would be an attraction also.

I’m used to hotels in the past visiting your room and doing a quick tidying up, vacuuming and replenishing towels. I had to visit the front desk to obtain two more bath towels for the next morning.

Convenient to locations we where visiting.

Beds where not as comfortable as I thought they would be. There was 6 of us booked for the room but only 4 bath towels so we had to ask for more. I would have figured since there was a certain number booked there would have been that many towels already available for us.

Everything was awesome about this place. From friendliness to cleanliness.

I didn't like having to pay $18 to park at the place that I'm staying overnight at.
