My mom & my 20month old son stayed here on new years eve(unplanned) we ended up having to take him to the Children's hospital by the time we got out it was 9pm & we were 2 hrs away from home. Downtown Chattanooga was like a huge party and we felt very unsafe. So we headed towards lookout mountain I looked up rooms and we remembered the red roof from last time we stayed in the area I love how safe and quite it is! The rooms were clean, they have a heated pool which is a plus! I gave it a 9 on ratings. The only thing I disliked was they stopped serving breakfast around 9am. Other than that It was amazing. The best part is it could be a family spot for kiddos or a romantic get away for a couple. Also it is between cracker barrel & waffle house.

It is a good area, right off the interstate. Nestled between food, and convenient to downtown Chattanooga and more. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was pretty comfortable, the lighting was good.

Pillows were too small, for the size of bed and not enough of them. The bathroom is tiny. And the noises all around, from other rooms was alot. But that's the chance you take staying in hotels.

The room was clean and it was just right next to waffle House cracker barrel within 10 minutes of lookout mountain downtown Chattanooga great place

There was no ice machine in the building we stayed in it was kind of inconvenient but the lady at the desk give me a Walmart bag so I can get ice in it

Was clean and comfortable.

They was doing renovations right next to us and with a small child trying to take naps was difficult with banging of hammers right next to the room. I understand they need to do upgrades but I wouldn't figure they would be doing them on the weekend. Or they could have at least not put people in that area of the hotel.

Friendly staff, good value for price, as advertised you get what you pay for. Comfy bed, quiet, cold ac, no bugs.Noticed some issues (minor damage, graffiti) in the room. Made the desk clerk aware immediately upon inspection of room and I was assured we would not be charged for it, he was very kind and apologetic.True to his word, we were not charged.

Needs some TLC, but I would stay again.

location was convenient, room was clean. the pool was a blessing for a family with two active boys. they keep water nice and warm and it doesn’t feel cold getting out of the pool, not like at other more expensive and fancy hotels we have tried. continental breakfast was very nice with variety of choices. we always stop here with kids on the drive to Florida. you cannot beat the value for the price!

prefer first floor by the pool vs staying on the second floor that needs access through outside stairwell.

I loved the indoor pool! Also the easy access of route 24 was nice. I really like that you can park right outside your room… It makes it so easy for unloading etc.

There aren’t a lot of grassy areas to take your dog too. But I did find a really nice park a couple minutes drive away that was great! There wasn’t a chair in the king size room which was surprising. So I had to sit on the bed and use the nightstand as my dining table which worked but having a chair to sit in would be great!

I liked the motel , it wasn't far from places we wanted to go stuff; like the Southern Belle Riverboat, and Tennessee Valley Train.

The TV wasn't set up right, even though they did get associate to come fix it. The knob on shower look like was loose, we were able still take showers.

It was nice to have the pool option and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had hot and cold options. It is a small area, but you can eat in the pool area or your room if tables are full.

Hallways and rooms were a bit dirty. Even the pool area had dirty sections.

The pool was good. Staff was nice enough. Strangely, we didn't have to pay the $100 deposit even though there was a sign right at the check-in stating we had to. But I didn't push the issue. I would stay there again probably.

The only thing I didn't like was the biscuits they served at breakfast. But overall, the breakfast had a nice variety of items so I can't complain.
