Quality Inn & Suites

We came for one night, room was perfect for our needs. Good sized, including the bathroom, even had a closet. You can tell they care about the place and are working on fixing it up. Rooms have soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers installed. First time I've seen that. Everything worked as it should. Check in lady was very nice. Easy access off interstate 40 and lots of food/gas options.

Shower water pressure was not good but, there was a water line ran across entrance/road (appeared to be a line break) so I'm sure that was the issue

I have stayed at this location many times while traveling to Dickson for weekend conferences and it has always been clean, comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff is always nice and eager to help in any way they can. I would and have recommended this location to to others.

If I had to ding one thing it would be that when I checked out there was no one at the front desk so I had to leave my key card with a note to mail me my room receipt for my expense report.

I awoke three hours before breakfast so I ate at the McDonalds, which is within walking distance, as are several restaurants. The location is perfect, interstate 100 yards away. Every type of business you could possibly want or need to visit is on Hwy 46 within five miles of the hotel. The room smelled good the minute I walked in, and it wasn't a cover-up type of smell, it was genuinely clean. The bed sheets smelled of light detergent, assuring me they were clean. The sofa was without stains. The bathroom was spotless with a marble type floor that was clean as glass. The carpet was soft and clean, and vibrant. It was quite, though it is right by super busy Hwy 46. The other tenants were quiet so there were no loud noises when trying to sleep. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it truly was. No trace of smoke smell which for me makes the room exceptional. I will absolutely always stay here when I need a place to stay. Staff were super helpful in every way.

There was nothing I didn't like. No cons as far as I could see! Just nothing bad to say.

The rooms were super clean, spacious, up to date and have absolutely everything you need. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay over and over again. Don’t hesitate

the only down side I could say is the vehicles parked around the sides of the parking lot not in spaces, making the vehicles trying to get out and in difficult. I can live with that tho.

This is a very nicely updated, 2 story, older style motel with access to the room facing the parking lot. I prefer this style so I can sit outside and have a coffee or whatever and talk to some neighbors instead of feeling isolated in a bunker. The family wears themselves out cleaning. I judge cleanliness from what I find behind the bathroom door. Too often they clean with door open and miss that area. Not so here, clean behind door.

Room had been remodeled. Room 120. New carpet. New tile bathroom floor. New blackout shades on window. Room was bigger than most.

Breakfast was gallon of milk, orange juice. Small honey buns, muffins. Was a waffle maker, but didn’t use it. Bed was a little soft for me, but that is just me. I have a bad back.

The room had been redone with new carpet and furniture. And the bed did not have the duvet that so many hotels use. We prefer the light blanket rather than the duvet which can be too warm.

The new wash basin was not designed well. It was difficult to use the faucet because the bowl of the basin was in the way.

Wonderfully clean room. Kind and cordial staff. Did need a downstairs room, as I have mobility issues. None were available, but I was given a room at the top of the stairs which helped some.

a downstairs room, I have 6 herniated disc. Level ground is fine, stairs are very difficult.

Room had all items listed available. Staff was helpful.

A lady entered in front of me and got a better deal on her stay but since I went through Booing.com, I had to pay that price.

It was an older motel but was pretty clean.

The continental breakfast selection was limited to cereal, pancakes and waffles. There were no plates so we ended up going to a Waffle House which was close by. Also coffee was not very good.
