Bellevue is conveniently located on roadways that can bring you to nearly all key locations within a 25 minute drive. A recently renovated and entirely safe area with endless dining options, this was a great choice for a lengthy business stay. Lots of free parking, nice, clean and quiet room with all I needed. Glad I chose it over downtown options. I was somewhat concerned before arriving as it is a pet friendly premise, but over the five days there did not notice any animal related issues - smells, noises, stains etc.

Did not have any dairy subsitutes for breakfast, bought some accross the street. Some staff could have been slightly more engaging. No dealbrakers.

The whole facility was very nice. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and had a kitchenette equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, a microwave, dishes, glasses & cups, silverware and a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable. The room had great working space -- a large counter-style desk; a large oval table on wheels, so you could easily move it around; an office chair, also on wheels; and a love-seat/couch. We were there during record heat, but the room and ground floor breakfast area were nice and cool. The breakfast itself was self-serve but basically pretty good -- waffle makers, bakery goods, egg products that looked like plastic models but tasted fine, sausages, fruit, juices, coffee, cereal. The staff kept the food area clean and the seating area was huge -- I never saw it more than half filled. There's a nice indoor pool and free parking, either on the street in front of the hotel, or in a large lot in the back of the hotel (with a back entrance into the hotel, using your key card). The hotel is located in a commercial area, surrounded by some casual dining options (Panera, Jimmy Johns, some chicken places, a coffee shop) as well as an AMC multi-screen theater and many retail stores. The hotel is close to I-40 which takes you into Nashville proper. During morning rush, it takes 20 - 30 minutes to get downtown but, coming home after hours of good times in downtown Nashville, takes only 15 - 20 minutes. The staff was all friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The elevators and hallways were a bit warm, but that's pretty trifling and we were there during the hottest July in 120,000 years. Plus, how much time do you spend in a 4-story hotel's elevators and hallways?!?

Loved the location an the area around us. Lots of great places to shop also. Bed is top notch an the people at front desk were very nice.

The outside area to sit around had a gas fire pit this is the 3rd.time we've stayed here an it didn't work.. would have loved to set outside an visit, but couldn't because of the cold. The cost of this hotel to not be downtown or near a popular area we felt was extremely high.. we have family in Nashville in Bellevue an would visit ALOT more but the room rate is too expensive to come more often. Would like to see maybe a discount for frequent visitors we would stay more an alot longer with that option.

Breakfast was great. The location is central to everything and within driving and walking distance of so many things you may need while staying. Its just close enough but not too close to where you feel like your in the middle of the city. It's the perfect place to stay and we will definitely be back.

An upgrade to a smart TV would be nice. With this caliber of a hotel, I would think they would upgrade to smart TV's so that the traveler can have more options other than cable.

Crisp and clean, had an air of sophistication without being overtly luxurious. Loved the room, the seating area in the front of the building.

Was charged for a beverage for no apparent reason. I went downstairs in the middle of the night, and billed an ice cream sandwich to my room, but when I looked at my receipt in my email after leaving, found that I'd been charged for the ice cream and a beverage I did not take or receive.

Very good and clean hotel in a very nice environment. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Lot of good facilities available.

The airco unit outside makes a lot of noise at night, it affects the rooms at the lower end of the ground floor on the right side.

The layout of the room was nice. The location was great and in close proximity to a great shopping plaza with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The hotel overall was fine and I felt safe.

Obvsly, the prices were inflated for the Beyonce concert I was attending - as I felt the price I paid was too high for this brand.

I love that this hotel was surrounded by shopping areas and a few restaurants. It helped encourage walking around to explore and slowing down to enjoy your trip. The lobby was huge and a comfortable space to socialize and enjoy the very impressive breakfast they’ve had in the morning. The rooms were spacious and I didn’t mind the view at all. The entire atmosphere was a great vibe which understandably attracts a lot of guests. The staff was very kind and attentive as well. I loved it.

The free Coffee in the lobby was excellent. I loved the kitchenette in our room. There's a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher! Dishes and silverware for 4 people.Just enough cookware to make meals. I've not seen this in a hotel room, ever! Very spacious room. Location of hotel was great. Eateries and grocery stores in walking distance.

Better choices of bkfst items. Have omelets and bkfst meats choices.

Great location, we could walk to stores and restaurants. Generally clean.

Continental breakfast with average items. Would have liked more hot items. Stayed 3 nights, maids never came to clean up or change towels/linens. Must be a service from the past. I did not like the cloth couch, would rather some less porous material so I'm not sharing previous occupants germs.
