Price was good, beds clean and comfortable, location/area was safe. Rooms weren't huge but adequate and clean. Hot coffee in the morning and a few quick breakfast items. Worked out perfect for our stay

Convient to have O’charley’s next door. Price was good. We spent most of the day in Nashville so it was good to come back to a comfortable bed.
Too hidden from the main rd. Breakfast choices was poor. Didn’t see front desk employees very much. No one was at the front desk when we left or returned.

The location was satisfactory- close enough to Nashville and the staff was friendly and helpful. When it was close to the end of the breakfast time, a staffer put out more items.
The hotel hallways and stairwell were not clean. Our shower curtain was disgusting. Limited breakfast variety- mostly unhealthy options.

Nothing, thought it was clean at first but their bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned out, I still had to do little wiping of the floor before I started using the bath.
Bath wasn’t cleaned out well. Too many taxes when you see breakdown of your charges. They have sales tax, occupancy tax, room tax and City tax…ridiculous

Check in was 3 pm and we arrived at 4pm. The check in part was easy but then got to our room and it had not been cleaned yet. So we got in the room at 430. They use the same blankets for each customer as far as the ones they stripped off the bed went right back on for the next guest. This is not okay for any business practice.

The rooms were not up to standard as the photos , we seen a roach and pillow cases had brown stains. It was very uncomfortable
