I normally do not stay at Quality Inn because they do not have elevators or it looks like a motel. I had no choice this day as all the hotels in Nashville were booked. Upon arriving, I met Mrs. Nancy at the front desk who I heard tell the customer before me that she had to clean all the rooms herself. I immediately said that there is no way our room will be cleaned. After checking in, other than the spot in the carpet, the room was very clean and had no smell. The restroom was clean with no strings of hair in the tub (something I experienced at a major hotel). Mrs. Nancy called the room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. After cleaning all the rooms and doing everything by herself, she still had a great attitude and service with a smile when we checked in. We we woke the next day to attend breakfast, she was back at work with that same smile asking how did we sleep. KUDOS to Mrs. Nancy. I appreciate you for your Exceptional Customer Service......

They need to have the carpets cleaned or take up all together. They are pet friendly, so no carpet would be a plus for the hotel.

Very surprisingly well decorated room with very comfortable bed!

We had no tissues in our room but everything else was very good. The breakfast was well stocked but there was not an assistant to help us with certain needs. Also the bathrooms were out of order.

Clean Comfortable REAL toilet paper! Didn't get to try the breakfast, but the setup looked great. Blew a power steering line when we arrived, so was in a hurry to get to the parts store before the heat of the day.

If you like your bed to have a firm mattress you’re going to love this place. I decided to book at this hotel because of the great price and the reviews were mostly good. The staff was friendly, check in process was easy breezy. The room was clean, but although it said it was non-smoking there was a very faint hint of smoke, not enough to be upset about. The vending machine was empty so we had to cross the street to the gas station to get a bottle of water. That was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal breaker my any means. The mattress was hard as a rock. At first I questioned whether or not I was laying on a concrete slab. That was actually the worst thing about the whole place. I saw a sign advertising breakfast when I checked in, but we had to leave way too early to even think about breakfast. Overall, good value for the price I paid.

Great location and nice hotel. The person that checked me in was more interested in talking on his phone than helping me understand where my room was. Room was basic and a little worn but clean. Towels had an odd smell. The TV went out during the night. My husband called the front desk and was told it was updating and there was nothing he could do. The TV never came back on!! For the money, it was a good place to spend the night.

Owners have put money into this hotel. It was very refreshing to see. Well maintained hotel. New carpets, updated internet, fast speed, new linen and hotel was clean. Staff is very friendly. As far as location, right across the street was a very good Mexican restraunt. I would definitely return

The poor lady at the front desk needs to hire more help. I felt so bad for her. The room was clean but there was a cricket chirping all night...too tired to do anything about it

We liked the room. The bed was big and very comfortable. The room was quiet which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good. It was easy on and off the interstate. We would stay there again if we travel that way again.

It was a comfortable stay. We just stayed one night while traveling from WV to Memphis.

They remolded the rooms since last time I was here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great deal for the price. Clean room and bath. Mexican restaurant across street very good.Would book again.
