Location is back, off the highway enough to where the traffic is inaudible. The breakfast is available from 6-9a along with other amenities like the open outdoor pool and basketball hoop at the back of the property. A small creek runs behind the establishment that attracts deer and presumably other wildlife which is cool to someone who see’s mostly groundhogs during the day. Everything visibly clean and well kept, inside and out. My room smelled good and clean as it looked.

The only concerns I had were involving smells. Although it looked super clean, there was an odor of sewer gas making it into my bathroom and after running water into all the drains and waiting, the smell was not reduced, but increased at night. Not sure where it was coming from. When going up to visit my parents on the second floor, it smelled of burnt plastic in the hall. The stairs by the elevator smelled like a humid basement with stagnant air.

It was a quiet location close to all the things we were doing. It does require a 20-30 minute drive into Nashville but was worth it as we had things to do in Brentwood and Franklin also. Was nice to have the pool, and I noticed that they accomodate those with mobility issues by having a lift chair at the pool. That is nice even if I didn't need it.

Only thing I didn't like was crossing the main road to leave for the activities for the day but even that was not that bad.

We visited Nashville on our way to Graceland but wanted to stay outside of the busy city. We chose this place because it was about a half hour drive south of Nashville. The place was set back off the road and quiet. Beds were comfy and room was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Didn’t have anything I didn’t like, but thought it was very interesting that there is a very old cemetery on the property. We were not the only ones intrigued enough to explore the area.

The hotel looked recently remodeled or just built. Beautiful landscaped, our room was super clean with two queen beds that were very comfortable. It had a small refrigerator and coffee maker in room but no microwave. Well stocked with necessities and towels, etc. Door to room was heavy duty which kept out any noise from hallway. Never knew if other people were next to us it was so quiet. The free breakfast items included waffles, fruit, yogurt and cereal. The microwave in breakfast area could be used by all anytime one needed. Carpet in room and hallway looked new. No odd smells in room.

The staff was available but hard to find. Note at lobby check-in said to press 0 on phone to be received. Finally had to walk around to find staff. There was an odd smell in the lobby and wondered if the hotel allowed pets. Found out that it does allow them so ask for room that either has had or not.

The room was large, comfortable, and spotless. Nice quality towels and plenty of them.

Definitely more of a heads up vs a criticism. Only a few choices for breakfast. The area was very clean and everything was well stocked and fresh. It was exactly what we needed for a quick bite before soccer games. Waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Perfect for kids.

The rooms were nice. our room was clean and comfortable. The decor was fun. We didn’t get to use the pool but it seemed nice. The hotel was good for the price.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but we knew that booking the hotel. They had simple options. Waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal and juice. They did have options for toppers for your yogurt or waffle. Wasn’t really bad, just simple.

The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was nice as well and had plenty of seating and shade. Everything was clean.

The 2 things I didn’t like was the breakfast. They didn’t have much options for breakfast. The other thing was that the room and hotel had a musty moldy smell, like there was water damage.

Breakfast could be a lot better. They need to add danishes, bagels and cream cheese, donuts. Something quick and easy. Hot items would be great- eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. They have a nice setup for breakfast just need to add some things so it would be great for every kind of visitor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was nice and easy to transport. I loved the Nashville wall mural in lobby.

Some aspects are a little worn like bathrooms but to be expected at older hotels. The pool wasn’t in service which I wouldn’t have used anyway but was not told ahead of time.

Room was fine. It was spacious and comfortable.

I wish I would have known at booking the pool was not open. It would be helpful to have the information on the website that the pool is seasonal. We would not have booked knowing the pool was closed.
