Nice new hotel, the staff were really lovely. It was a good base to visit Franklin and the surrounding area. The room and beds were comfortable but on the small side for a family suite.

The breakfast finishing at 0900 was a bit early as we were on vacation. We had a family room with a trundle bed that advertises as sleeping 6. Luckily there were only 5 of us, not sure where the 6 th person would have slept. Room was smaller than other family rooms we have stayed at.

The hotel was staffed by a very welcoming front desk crew and was very clean and looked nice. The pool area was really clean, plenty of nice chairs and towels available. Our room was updated and had a big flat screen tv that could be angled to watch from the bed or the couch. The location was great- near lots of nice restaurants and the movie theater.

The bed was too firm and linens were a bit scratchy, the breakfast buffet was poorly staffed and the line was extremely long bc there were multiple items ( like plates and coffee) that ran out and the one person working the buffet was running back and forth unable to keep up. The food was typical hot breakfast fare and good enough but not worth the hassle of the lines and disorganization.

We loved that the hotel is new. Our rooms were very clean and there wasn't a ton of wear on the furniture. The hotel isn't too far from the highway so it is super convenient in terms of commuting back and forth from Nashville proper. Hotels were fast and the hotel while occupied wasn't overly-crowded or too noisy (we were there the week before Labor Day so not sure if that made a difference). Walking distance to Shake Shack (same parking lot) and Perry's Steakhouse (just across the parking lot/street).

THE PARKING!!! While we loved that the parking was free, we didn't like the battle that trying to park created. Thankfully we were only there for one night. We lucked out and found parking the two times we needed to move our car. They share a lot with Shake Shack. So if you leave and return during the restaurants prime hours, you will likely need to circle and circle (and circle for parking). The spaces are limited and tight. They offer parking at a garage down the street. There is NO way, I'd huff it down the street in rain or excessive heat to park for this hotel. The fact that they have a conference center attached boggles my mind. Get the parking together Marriott!

Breakfast was great although it would have been nice if went thru 10 AM on weekdays. Male attendant in breakfast area (didn't catch his name) was very helpful and accommodating when we barely made it down at 9 one morning. Kudos to him for being so pleasant and helpful.

Would prefer more coffee options at breakfast. Decaf or strong were the only choices. Breakfast blend would have been nice.

It was honestly a great hotel. I loved how big the closet was, and how nice and spacious the room was too

Clean. New. Bar. Only a few floors. Pool was great.

They didn’t accept my payment through booking.com so I have to do extra work to get a refund.

The location was excellent! The service that we received from the staff was absolutely amazing. I will definitely stay here again. I will be coming back to this location in the fall. I am so excited.

I truly have no complaints. The location was really great. Being able to walk to different places was an added bonus. I have recommended this location to others. I just thought it was just right.

Staff was exceptional. Rooms were nice. Oat milk as an option for coffee was wonderful!

No cell service on basement level, but staff was very helpful in letting me switch rooms after my 1st night. No fresh fruit as an option for breakfast.

The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the variety of healthy choices. Everything about the stay we enjoyed.
