Close to home since I was needing a place since my floors were being redone, had a breakfast available and allowed my cat

Didn’t like I was given a room on the street side when I specifically ask not to be there. Once I got to my room & saw it was street side, I asked the front desk girl why and she said they were “full” and didn’t have anything else?? I told her she should have said that when I asked NOT to be placed on the street side but never said a word?? It rather soured my experience! Poor customer service!!

Check-in was nice and easy. The employee at the front desk was friendly and courteous. We had two rooms. A king suite and a 1 bedroom double queen suite. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The beds were very comfy and the linens were very nice. The breakfast in the morning was good as far as hotel breakfasts go, and there was a good variety of stuff to choose from.

That we were only staying the one night passing through on our way to Florida.

Location, charging station for Tesla, fitness facility, large room, comfortable beds and access to many commercial places.

Food was pretty mediocre...in particular the eggs were usually luke warm at best. We were in a room on the 3rd floor and people above were running around all night and it was disturbing our sleep.

It was in a good location, nice clean place, friendly staff. We got up Saturday morning to a dead car battery, ask front deals for someone to call, they had a jump box:). Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast area was small. One of the waffle makers were broken, lot of people were waiting in line.

VERY clean hotel! Hotel staff were extremely nice, always asking how things were and if I needed anything every single day! The pool was very clean and not over chlorinated like most hotels I've stayed at in the past.

Breakfast wasn't that great BUT there were lots of options to choose from..I just didn't have time to go back and get something else.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and my kids loved the pool even though it was cold. The staff were very helpful and friendly

The beds were kind of hard for my preference, and the one elevator didn't seem to be adequate for a full hotel of people

The location and rooms were great! Exactly what we needed for our group. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was not stocked well. It seemed like they were unprepared for the number of guests at the hotel that day. The pull-out sofa in the suite was more of a twin size for one person instead of suited for 2 people and would only accommodate one child.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had a poor selection compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Fruit medley had gone bad, was re-served every day. Food options were often taken away half way through the designated breakfast time posted.

We found this hotel to be comfortable, clean, and new. The breakfast was tasty and good. Access to Nashville and good restaurants around the hotel was easy.

We wished there had been a hot tub.

the bathroom door didn’t latch. front desk clerk during the day was not friendly at all. night clerk was very nice. they should think about switching them.
