Christina at the front desk was phenomenal! She texted a couple times to make sure all was well with our stay. She was so pleasant and always smiling! She is a gem of an employee for sure! Overall it was a fantastic experience!

The dishes were left in the dishwasher from previous guests, although they were clean. They should have been put away. The line to get breakfast is always long, and only 2 ladies serving. They did not seem like thy wanted to be there at all. The walls and bathroom door coupe use a good cleaning and updating.

Great breakfast, clean pool location, cool little store in the lobby. Terrence and Austin were welcoming and knowledgeable. A total pleasure to stay there. We didn't want to leave!

The coffee machine in our room...even when made to instructions on the packet, it was more like tea. But we just went downstairs and got coffee from the lobby!

In the lobby between the two entrance and exits could have been a little wider otherwise I no complaints

Is a very good hotel chain. Most notably gave me absolutely no difficulty when it came to my pet . Understand the meaning of what it is to be a pet friendly hotel. Is in my opinion reasonably priced for the amenities it includes . The difference in the amount paid to stay here is absolutely without a doubt worth the extra. When you kept compared to a hotel that's only about $35 less. Absolutely recommend this hotel

The staff was very accommodating.

We traveled with 2 baseball teams & their families. One reason we chose your hotel was because of the pool. We did not find out that it was not open, until we arrived. Arrangements were made for your guests to swim at a neighboring hotel…they were NOT very accommodating. Also, it was frustrating to have to walk across the parking lot to get to it.

The hotel is clean. The kitchen area was nice. It was a roomy space. The bathroom set up was nice.

The pillows were extremely flat. It took three each to make us comfortable. The bathroom area could use some new caulking and paint was peeling. Only one elevator was working.

Yes breakfast was good staff very friendly

The only small complaint was the room was a little on the cool side temperature wise due to air conditional being on.

The location was great! I really liked the spaciousness of the room. Every worker that I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay here. Everything and everyone were so nice!

We purchased the AG package for our daughters birthday. The little touches were perfect! The room was the perfect size. The mall was walking distance. Great stay and would 10/10 recommend.
