The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had lots of options. The "kick back" dinner/snack/drinks was a great idea (and a surprise), but we unfortunately couldn't use them due to the time offered -- should be open somewhat later in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

I would have liked to have less carbs, more protein/something green & healthy for breakfast. Rates were way too high -- they were bumped triple for graduation weekend. There were no amenities in the bathroom other than in the shower (wash/shampoo/conditioner). I was surprised not to find a safe in the room, but perhaps I missed it.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The Assistant Manager that checked us in, Alicia, was fantastic. She personally ran up to the 5th floor to see if our room was ready early - and it was! The "off highway" room was quiet as a mouse and very comfortable. The evening "snack" meal was HUGE - it had a full buffet with veggies, pasta, very tasty grilled chicken breast, salad, chile, and even hot dogs for the kiddies. Each adult was given a coupon for 3 alcoholic drinks (everything was available, not just beer), and the breakfast was hot with eggs, waffles, and fruit. We were blown away by Drury. We haven't stayed in one for over 20 years, but will now LOOK for Drurys with this excellent stay in mind.

We've stayed in so many hotels around the world and it's not often we are left with a super memorable stay. I requested a birthday note on the bed expecting the standard printed paper but we were all floored to walk in to the entire message made in candy on the bed! The kids went insane, they made candy angels on the bed, and we made slow motion videos pouring it over them. We aren't big on sugar in the house so the kids just kept talking about it and the snack bags the entire time. It was so much fun! We also loved the Pool and how it extended from indoor to out, this was undersold on the booking site. For years my husband and I looked at the name Drury and thought it didn't seem appealing but awhile ago we met a couple who swore by the bed comfort, the free evening food and drinks, and the morning breakfast. I can definitely see why people love the Drury!

We'd love to see hotels move to less processed ingredients in the food options. The butter, syrups, and yogurts are heavily processed. Sadly it's to be expected in the American hotel industry. But it is convenient and I've learned to work around. We use the pure honey packets on the kids Waffles instead of the fake syrups and in our coffee in place of sugar and sugar substitutes to help cut back on processed items. Still everything was fantastic the staff was so kind and over the top and the facility was perfect!

I was surprised at how crowded the parking lot was, when I arrived. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said, we are very popular around here. Which was obvious. The hotel is very nice, and a lot of lobby space for morning breakfasts. A nice little snack store in the lobby with a good selection of items. Room was great. Large and comfortable. Also very clean. Location was good, right off of I-65. Plenty of things to do close by, as well as restaurants and shopping.

One small thing that wasn't an issue for me, but if you're a light sleeper, it could be. My A/C was a bit noisy when it came on.

Never having stayed in a Drury Inn I had no idea what to expect. When we drove up I was surprised at how large it was and how huge the lobby was. Check-in was efficient and I was informed about the breakfast and the evening happy hour, which unfortunately I had just missed. I did meet two ladies on the elevator who said that the happy hour was great with generous drink pours and food. Our room was extremely large and clean. I had no smell of perfumed cleaning products and it was a very pleasant temperature which was maintained without a noisy fan blowing. There were multiple food options nearby and lots of parking. Breakfast was excellent and I'm very critical of breakfasts in hotels, usually finding them totally unacceptable. We had good 'real' scrambled eggs, patty sausage which was cooked to perfection, some potatoes, and biscuits. Waffles and cereals and fruit were available also. Coffee was excellent. Wish I'd be coming this way again just so I could stay there.

My wife and I had our honeymoon stay here. When we arrived, my wife not only received a dozen roses from the front desk, but upon entry into our room also discovered our bed had rose pettles strewn about it. Absolutely an amazing experience. The rotating dinner buffet and breakfast is excellent,and the staff all around are exceptional,from bartender, to food staff. The 3 free drinks a night is a nice touch and much appreciated after a long day exploring and shopping. The bed was personally my favorite! I forgot to get the brand so I could look it up, but it was so fluffy and comfortable!

A pleasure to stay at this hotel! Customer service was A+++. When we arrived they realized that we had been allowed to book an ADA King size room but that it was out of commission. They were extremely apologetic and determined to make it right! They upgraded our room, went out of the way to get a shower chair for me and had it delivered to the room before I could even wheel my chair down the hallway. The room was lovely, comfy and quiet...perfect. I was able to easily fit my wheelchair in and out of the bathroom. Breakfast the next morning had delicious options, all hot and ready. We were able to have a good decent breakfast before hitting the road again. We would absolutely 100% stay at this hotel again and we will be looking for more Drury Hotels in our travels!

The breakfast each morning was great! I want to give a huge shoutout to Brandy! She was so friendly, just a sweet ball of energy. The food and drinks during the kick-back hours were great. I would highly recommend this hotel and we defiantly plan on coming back real soon. The staff was always courteous and extremely friendly. The decor in the lobby was lovely and we felt right at home lounging around each morning and evening.

Loved Everything!!!!! Loved the staff. It was spotless and if I could have brought that bed and those pillows home I would have. We only got to stay 1night because we were on our way home, but had stayed in a hotel for 2 days in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and it had been a nightmare. So just so I could drive the rest of the way home. we stayed here overnight so I could get a goodnight sleep. Needless to say this hotel stay did not disappoint. My daughter said next time we come up that way for another mini vacay we will definitely be staying at this hotel. We have always stayed at Drury Inn and Suites since we first stayed at the one in Marietta, Georgia. We have always loved our stays and have never had any complaints.. I suggest that everyone stay at one and you'll never want to stay anywhere else again. Crazy me for thinking I could! I know for now on our vacations will be planned based on where they have a Drury Inn and Suites!!!¡!!❤️❤️❤️❤️😀.They also made my daughter and her service dog feel very welcome during our stay and that meant a lot to me as a mother because it's unfortunately not like that everywhere, because of people that have tried to pass off there pets as service animals and they don't realize how much that affects the people such as my daughter who has a major medical condition and she relies on her service dog for her health and wellbeing and sometimes even her life. So Yes I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!😄

The Drury Inn is our absolute favorite hotel chain to stay with. I love the kickback I'm the evenings the food and drinks were wonderful. Breakfast is even better with all of the options. The staff are amazing!!! A very kind woman name Emma checked us in and was so helpful with a few things throughout our stay! She absolutely deserves recognition, Tyler who made our bar beverages during the kickback service was absolutely wonderful and helpful with helping us choose a new drink to try. Our kiddos weren't with us this visit, but I absolutely LOVED that they had Elf on a Shelf for the kids who are away from home. They made us feel at home. We will be back again next weekend. My husband plays for a football team out of that area, so we most definitely will be there every weekend during his practice season and then regular season. If you want 5 star quality for low prices... This hotel is the place to stay.

We liked everything. It was the perfect stay. We don't have one thing we didn't like.
