Clean, comfortable and located close to shopping and food options. Staff was polite and very accommodating.

Hallways can be a little noisy at peak times

Such a nice area. Excellent breakfast and the staff is superb!! A few glitches like the phone plug in was a plate and hole. Probably pushed too hard needs attn. The toilet runs all night in 206 but nobody reported it to staff. I told them. This is one of the best hotels for the money and accepts dogs. So be sure to respect them with your pet!. I was very happy and finally a great stay!! Will be my go to everytime I have business on peters rd and Kingston pike. Don't worry, not a thing!

Cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Jamaican staff was so helpful! Everything was above and beyond. Thank you for the affordable. I appreciate it so much I take the time to tell you the maintenance issues and tip the room cleaners. They are overlooked. My mom was one and hardly got a tip. I top all the maid staff! Thank you!!

The desk clerk was friendly and courteous. The room was decent and clean. The breakfast was great. Coming from Charlotte I was skeptical about making reservation before I saw the room because what you see advertised sometime it not how it appears. But I was very satisfied and when I return again Red Roof Inn Plus will be my first choice. Thank so much. I really enjoyed my stay.

I have NO complaints

The staff was so friendly. The room was clean and the property is pet friendly without any extra charges. The location was near everything including Main Event fun place. The bed was so comfortable i didnt wven wanna wake up. Me and my son and dog had a blast.

The television couldn't connect to wifi. I also didn't like that the tub was very slow draining, so my feet was in dirty water while taking a shower.

The amenities were nice, pool, hot tub, breakfast. Room was nice with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv internet. Our room had a patio which was nice to have with the nice weather we had.

We had 3 pillows on the bed which was nice but they were small and not fluffy enough. With two queen beds and a room to host 4 people, 3 in our party, the room was a little small. A sitting area would be nice, but for a red roof inn it was nice. Also, we were there for the U of TN graduation of my daughter. So it sucked all the hotels raised their prices. So, the RED Roof inn + was a good price compared to others but still expensive.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable. Nice hot breakfast with good variety.

While the rooms had been remodeled and were very clean and comfortable, the hallways, stairways had not been updated. Felt dark, unclean, and “dingy.” Beware - if you are on 2nd floor - there is NO ELEVATOR. My wife is scheduled for knee replacement, so this made it difficult for her.

Check in friendly and fast. The room was very clean and practically furnished. The air conditioning wasn't too loud. The fridge was broken, 1 hour after the message at the front desk the fridge tank was changed, great. The breakfast was very good. We had a room with a terrace facing the clean pool. This made the room very quiet. I would stay there again anytime.

This was a 2 room suite which was unexpected, but perfect! We had our teen kids with us so being able to have the privacy was a plus. The shower pressure was decent and the breakfast was ok, not a lot to choose from, but it was enough. The location was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and staff was quick to give whatever we asked for.

The beds weren't queen size, they were full size, which made my husband and i have a rough night's sleep each night we were there. The fridge didn't really get super cold.

it was very clean and close to numerous restaurants. Room was clean exceptionally well except for the tub had shampoo around the edge of the tub and also hair that was missed as though it looked to have been partially cleaned

Room was supposed to be available for check in at 3 I arrived at 3:10 and was told it wouldn’t be ready for another hour

The people talking loudly outside my window or somewhere near from 1 am until 3:30 am. Two different sets of people. Man and woman. I could not sleep anyway so didn't matter that night. My husband cannot hear well so he was ok with it. Might disturb other peopl very badly as was very loud.
