Stayed in a king-size suite; with a dog, newborn, toddler and 9-year-old. The separate bedroom in the suite was great. This is exactly what we wanted. We are going to be repeat customers at this location.

The carpets in the room could be cleaner. Letting our toddler run around in the room barefoot ended up with her having black soles. Otherwise, the room was pretty good.

We r repeat customers we stay every yr when we go on vacation and it seems to get better an better every time which it’s never been bad it’s like Hilton takes it to another level every year, the staff is amazing very friendly and very informative about any questions that I may have an I’m greeted at the door every time, with that being said being a customer that is the most important for me knowing that I’m welcomed an not just Haha we took your money, so keep up that great work.

I really can’t think of any dislikes honestly. The hideaway bed could use a little more cushioning lol an a fitted sheet that stays on

In the lobby area, it appeared the employee had several local friends that were hanging out playing games and being social. They were very loud and obnoxious. I was there checking in on Friday night around 10:00 pm and even on Saturday night, the same crowd was there with the employee. Again, very loud, occupying the lobby space making it unavailable for hotel visitors to use. It was a party atmosphere both nights and the employee was in full participation as he left the area to check me in.

Cleanliness.

The first room we were given had a strong urine like smell. May have been from the bed or bedding like a toddler peed in the bed. It was strong. We requested to be moved and the staff was able to accommodate us by giving us another room. The room was on the third floor. Hopefully they took care of that strong smell before the next guest assigned to that room.

We stay here every time we go to Knoxville. They staff is always friendly and the rooms are always spacious and very clean. The shower was excellent. And they are pet friendly.

The breakfast fare was a 1 out of 10. It has really gone downhill. 2 of 3 cereal selections were unidentifiable. The breakfast sandwiches were burnt and difficult to eat. A pre-made item that I think was supposed to be scrambled eggs or an omelet didn't taste very good. There was only 1 fruit selection. The 2 juice selections were empty. Pastries would have been a nice option. I know food prices have risen lately but this was like a "Motel 6" breakfast bar.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, enjoyed the amenities in the room.

The bathroom was not completely clean. The sink still had hair on the counter and sink. Ice machine was right outside our room and several people used it late it night and woke us up. Several very loud kids in the hallway later at night.

Breakfast was great an taste good, the beds was super comfy, an very clean an it’s pet friendly for our furry love ones, an quiet, we will mos definitely be staying again in our near future travels

When eating breakfast it’s kinda confusing on where to put the dirty utensils, front desk people kinda short talking really don’t make you feel welcome they need more interaction with a customer when they walk in the door of the hotel so it makes them feel that they are welcome

That is convenient to the freeway, and there are plenty of eating places surrounding it. The breakfast on the property is also a plus! Also, I like having real dishes and a dishwasher in the room!

That we were unable to watch streaming sites, and menu and guide buttons did not work on the remote. However thing else was good!

The only thing i would complain about is the coffee! Both in the room, and in the dining area. Would have loved something with more flavor!

The hotel period!!!!! It smelled so nice upon walking in, very clean. The front desk lady was very friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and the hotel is close to a lot of things.

No complaints
