Everything! The room was beautiful & clean and the front desk attendant was amazing! They made us to-go bags with breakfast items as we had to leave early. We got in at 1200am and had to leave at 530am, so the only regret I had was that we didn't have more time to spend in the room!

It's not a big thing...just a suggestion...the breakfast starts at 7am. Almost every other hotel I stay at , the service starts at 6 or 630am. A little more convenient for business travellers and early risers.

The property charges $10 per HR for extended check out. Most other hotels would manage the requiem a case to case basis, in our case we arrived after midnight and wanted to have that option without additional costs. Would suggest for BW to change that policy and not charge any extra. Just train your staff to manage this service , and say no to some of the requests, but approve the ones that make sense. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Staff is very friendly. Many restaurants are located close to the hotel.

There is a wall thermostat but it doesn't control the A/C or heat. They need to be turned on from the window unit. The hotel is smaller than other Best Westerns so the breakfast is pretty limited.

Very easy to find. The young lady working the front was very sweet and welcoming. She even talked about how she liked her job there, interacting with guests. Our room was clean and easy to find. Parking was adequate and the facility was very quiet at night (which is very nice, we have stayed at other facilities and it was the complete opposite.) The value is great for the room as well.

My only complaint would be the carpet needs cleaning in the rooms and in the hallway on the first floor. There were many visible stains in the hallway. Our room was smoke free, but it still had the faint smell of smoke as well.

The facility was clean and in a great location. Staff was very helpful and was quick to move me to another room when there were issues with the first room.

There were a few issues with the 1st room which were addressed and we were moved. There were a couple of minor issues with the 2nd room that were reported to Maintenance. Breakfast was ok with. Decent assortment. However, I was traveling with my daughter and she is allergic to cow milk and eggs. The only option for her was individually wrapped apples. Oatmeal would have been nice.

We attended the Eagle Wings Motorcycle Association's rally at the convention center. The location was great. Straight shot to the center. The breakfast lady (I regret not getting her name!) was absolutely fantastic, training and all.

More time would have been great!! We would have loved to stay longer and explore more places. We will be back.

Hands down one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at. Heck, I would choose this place over some of the more luxurious ones I've visited! Everything was clean and modern, and all of the employees were delightful. We all know that hotel breakfast has gotten pretty skimpy during covid, but NOT here - full hot breakfast plus yogurt bar, waffles, pancakes, cereal, bagels, and a variety of coffee styles. If you're passing through knoxville, ditch the mess downtown and stop here instead.

Good location, plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Strong air-conditioning. Free wifi. Good TV channel selection.

Little bit of freeway noise (to be expected given it is by the freeway, which was part of the appeal – didn't need to detour too far off my route). The curtains didn't quite close all the way so the early sun can wake you sooner than you might prefer.

By far this was my favorite hotel. Cross the county we have been in hotel rooms for 9 nights. j was always a “holiday inn” fan. I can honestly without doubt say that Best Westsrn Plus has impressed me more than the other place and I will always check them first. Clean. the beds so comfortable. friendly. awesome breakfast. I love it

not a single thing

The room was roomy. I liked having the sink and vanity separate from the toilet and bath. The in-room amenities were perfect for us (microwave, fridge, large flat screen TV). The facility provided a full breakfast which included biscuits & gravy, pancakes, eggs, sausage, cappuccino machine and more. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the hallways was quite stained and had an outdated, overbearing geometric print. However, the carpet in the rooms were clean and neutral.
