It was right off I 75 very close to the main highway. Free breakfast include. Great value for the money.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon 4 years earlier, we returned & asked via Booking.com for the same room just by description and got the same room. For us it`s a perfect place to stay to visit the surrounding area such as Cades Cove, Fort Loudon, Knoxville centre etc for days out. Pool is now a salt water pool which is great. Breakfast area is small but clean & tidy. Breakfast was adequate for the very good price paid. We had the pool to ourselves most days in the afternoons. Lots of restaurants and shops over the Interstate. We`ll return again when that way.

Modern style, comfortable bed

Checked in late night and the lady Forgot to give my ID back. Left her shift in the morning and never called my room to let me know I left my drivers license behind. I checked out of the hotel heading for Nashville and realize that she never gave my ID back. Had to drive all the way back to get it because she was not attentive in reaching out when she knew I was a customer was missing a vital piece of ID.

Everything was clean everyone was very nice I felt comfortable and safe staying there. My bed was so comfortable the shower was amazing everything was so clean and the breakfast was so good and the whole set up for breakfast was so so clean and very comfortable as well I will definitely be staying again when I go to Knoxville especially for that price!!

the breakfast was a simple but yet still delicious one. the room was so clean I didn’t worry about not being able to sleep because the beds where so comfortable. and the staff at the front desk was beyond amazing.

the only thing I could say that would make this property a lot better would be if they add some more hot food options like eggs sausage and bacon and more bagel flavors besides plain.

Clean and comfortable

Property was being updated, and one of the workers was working outside my room door at 7am . Not happy about being woken up so early when check out is not till 11 am. I even had the do not disturb sign out.

VERY accommodating. Reserved 1 night through App and they had availability, for the next 2. Even at 10pm the second night when I needed a shower and bed. Very clean and comfortable for the best price in the area. Wi-Fi was open, (no security protocol other than check "agree to these terms" on webpage usage agreement), so no forgetting the password. Cleaning staff actually helped get rid of a box of trash from my vehicle.

Didn't go a full 10, Wi-Fi only 2.4 G, hardwired network cable was unplugged from outlet, and found the HDMI cable to the TV was disconnected from the TV and tucked behind the backing.

The breakfast was good, The beds were comfortable, A lot of channels on the TV to choose from. The front desk was very nice and helpful.

We had 2 small Issues the shower head could use a little bit of vinegar to clean it so it sprayed stronger. Water couldn't hold in the tub. Over all we would stay again.

The room was decent and comfortable. Access to the motel was somewhat tricky, but not too bad.

The clerk at check could have been more friendly. Probably had a bad day.

GREAT staff. Facilities are nice. And the location is close to everything and still tucked in a secluded area.

With the layout of the property and the low cost of technology, a 5Ghz Wi-Fi router and at least one extender will eliminate the dead spots and throttling of signal that occurs throughout the property.
