Breakfast was very good. Sausages could have been better quality but..... Location is very good! it is close to all of the shopping at Turkey Creek and our friends home.

AC would not control correctly. Was not horrible but machine run time was very high. Water pressure in all sinks and showers were low on the 4th flow. Facilities needs to pump up the pressure set points. If you rent at this property, be sure to ask for the SOUTH side room to reduce road noise from I-40. NORTH side is right on the freeway and is very noisy

All of the employees were incredibly amazing! I am very familiar with the hospitality industry and know they are working extremely hard but they made it look so effortless

The building was great. Free Laundry and gym are a plus.  comfortable bed. clean linens. Hot shower.

The hotel is directly next to a major highway. I could not sleep a wink iCan, hear every single car that passed by on the highway.  maybe the owner of the building should have invested in better insulation for the walls and windows to reduce the sound of the noisy Highway.

Nice location, and most pet friendly.

The room we stayed the kitchen sink is not working, saw a cockroach on top of the kitchen counter, and the dishwasher is still on and give a bad smells in the room. I called the front desk about the dishwasher still on , I guess cannot do anything until it done. I talked to the front desk about the other problem she said, she will make a note for the maintenance.

The staff was extremely friendly

No housekeeping the 11 days we were there. I had to go to the desk every day to get fresh towels and toilet paper . There was a very nice kitchenette but no table to eat at.

The front desk was super nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were super clean and very comfy. Great prices too.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking was limited and they didn't have extra sheet sets for the sofa bed. They did however provide them when asked.

The place was a nice hotel, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. I really enjoyed the location it was close to some good restaurants and shopping areas.

They allow pets and you can smell dog in some areas, also there were a few big dogs on my floor that were noisy for a little bit but this didn't really take away from the experience.

The front desk staff were always available to get you anything we needed or answer questions about the area. The young lady who prepped & kept the breakfast area stocked was super sweet & did a great job keeping things clean. Pool was clean & had plenty of chairs. I appreciated the free laundry room (good quality washers/dryers).

The Bed was very comfortable. We slept very good. Dishes/kitchen utensils were very good and clean.

For the price we paid, it looks like all that was in the room were basic necessities. Everything on the bed were wrinkle...pillowcase, bed sheets, bed cover. Looks like they were just taken from a pile of pillowcases, bed sheets, and bed covers. The sofa had some large stains that was not very attractive for comfort. Breakfast was not good, a little late...it was not ready at 6 AM. The orange juice was watered down. Bacon was really greasy. The eggs was getting cold ( we was the first in line). The staff members were not very friendly.

The front desk attendant was very friendly once we arrived. The room was very nice and very clean. It was actually one of the most cleanest rooms that I've stayed in. The location was excellent and near many eateries and shops. This stay was just a stop through, but when we come back to Knoxville, we will definitely stay here.
