Couldn't be accommodated checking in an hr early and the guy at the desk was beyond ready to go for the day. He wasn't really rude necessarily,just didn't care why I was needing it early answer was no. I came back and hr later tho and that man was extremely happy with his job and it showed!! The room was beautiful,clean I didn't do my ick test and wipe everything down b4 I sat! Esp fell in love w the bathroom! Housekeeping did a wonderful job!! Even showered without shoes!! Then Housekeeper knocked and asked if I wanted towels for the next day. Yes I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel!! Will definitely be back❤️

Room and facility were nicely remodeled. Room was GIGANTIC!! Reading other comments I expected something totally different. Very clean and comfortable. If you look hard you can see some deep cleaning (spots on wall in corner) that could be done, but I felt the room was very clean, up to normal standard, and did I mention GIGANTIC? Nearly twice the size of our last hotel. Price was very fair and we got a lot for the money.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and tge room was very clean.

I smelled Marijuana the minute I walked down to the elevator on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor, and there was an overpowering "pine" scent throughout the hallway to our room. When we opened the door to our room, there definitely was a cigarette smoke smell. My daughter's sinuses bothered her our entire stay.

Staff was great. When i checked in, the overnight receptionist/desk clerk actually held a bit of conversation with me about our day/evening despite the full moon crazy stuff for both of us. The morning clerk responded quickly when I asked for more milk.

The beds felt like boards, very stiff. The odor overall was a bit weird, especially the room, didn't exactly stink, but still a bit unpleasant.

The cleanliness was unbelievable! They do an amazing job with cleaning . Everyone on the staff is AMAZING! Very respectful, helpful, and attentive .

Breakfast could be better. There were a couple of guests besides myself disappointed in the fact that they don’t offer a dairy alternative for those of us who can’t have dairy. Close to I-24 so it can be a little noisy at night

Good location, overall very clean and comfortable place with a really nice staff that helped as best they could.

During our stay, the internet and satellite tv was having issues and they said they were working on it Friday when I called, but I wasn’t fixed by the time we left Sunday. Very curious as to how that is.

Great location, many restaurants and shopping very close

There was mold on the ceiling in my shower, which I didn’t notice until the morning when I was showering. I mentioned it at the front desk when I checked out. I also felt the breakfast had very few selections based on what I’ve been offered at other hotels for similar price.

This property was very clean and the staff was all nice. Especially the young lady who checked us in. She had the perfect personality for the front desk. She was very professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean.

Honestly, we had to be moved because the first room's a/c had an odor WE did not like. We were moved immediately and had no other issues during our stay.

Everything was perfect !! Especially for the price we paid.

Absolutely Nothing.!!! It's a 5 Star Hotel with a lower rating the only thing that was lacking was valet parking and that's not a problem for me..So if you need a place to stay in Murfreesboro TN this is the spot centrally located around almost everything you'll need,Food,Gas, Supply, Movies it's all here.. Keep up the Good Work we will be back.. Thanks

Beds were clean and comfortable. Room on the whole was clean and roomy.

Breakfest lacked. Only warm thing was coffee and waffle maker. Wife wanted to go for a fast food breakfest over what hotel offered. Strong pine cleaning smell in hallways. Air-conditioner was loud when running. We were able to just leave fan on to filter out background noise.
