Pros: The location was very convenient for our planned activities. The room was very clean and had nice soap and shampoo/conditioners available. The tub and sink looked new & were very clean. I liked that the floors were not carpet. They were hardwood. There were plenty of towels & washcloths. There were several options for food within walking distance & plenty within driving distance. One hundred Oaks shopping mall is close by as well as a Walmart and Home Depot. There is a mini fridge which was convenient and there is a microwave in the lobby that we used to heat up some breakfast we brought. Overall a great experience and we will stay again in the future.

Cons: There were only 2 small pillows on each bed so more pillows would be nice & the road noise was loud until about 10:00 and then it stayed quiet until around 6:00 am.

I was in town alone due to my pet staying over at Vet ER. I booked the room online on Booking.com when I was sitting outside the facility. I called to check in and the lady told me I had booked for tomorrow night. It was a nonrefundable room through booking.com, I was already stressed and the situation could have been bad but the women changed my reservation herself in the system and got me a room very quickly. I appreciate her going above and beyond. The room was clean and bed comfortable at a good price. Location was close to a Wal-Mart and restaurants within walking distance if needed. Hotel seemed to be in a safe area and I did not feel scared to stay here, being a women and alone. Room had refrigerator, shampoo, coffee and coffee maker, hairdryer and lots of towels. Called the number and got a late check out, which was granted upon request. staff was accommodating and friendly even though they were not onsite. Will stay again if in town and need a room.

The shower could use a mat or something to not be so slick or a hand bar. The property did not have a front desk which I guess was just different to me. Would have been nice to have a microwave in my room but was just one in a common area on ground floor.

Room was clean and somewhat up to date, location was good and everything was as promised.

A little noisy and some of the updates weren’t quite complete in my opinion but nothing too major to worry about. A few small touches and this place can be complete, windows need to be replaced, that’s where most if not all of the noises came through at night. A/C remote batteries were dead and the Infinity TV remote didn’t operate anything so didn’t really have any channels that I could figure out lol

Clean, safe, and comfortable. Perfect for a trip where you just need somewhere no frills to crash in between activities. It was easy to take the bus or Uber to downtown for the night. Close by to lots of restaurants and a coffee shop.

The immediate area around the hotel doesn't have crosswalks, and limited sidewalks. Even though you could easily walk to food and coffee, it required jaywalking against traffic and walking on the side of the road.

I thought that the room was exceptionally clean and was a very good value. It is located in an area where I could walk to things I needed. I felt safe and other residents were quiet and thoughtful.

I would have appreciated some towel hooks in the bathroom so I didn’t have to put my towel on the toilet seat. Also hooks next to the sink for washcloths.The shower handle four turning off the water needs to be fixed and it was difficult to find a place where it would turn off and not keep running. But overall this was a very nice place and I would stay here again.

The place was clean and perfect for the week's stay, the bed was nice and the area it was in was awesome, so many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It was super close to everything downtown. I called a few days in advance and explained it was our anniversary and asked for them to put champagne and flowers in the room and when we showed up they were beautiful and the wife loved the suprise.

For the week stay since it was a Boutique motel, there was no lobby staff and no maid service. They didn't give us enough trash bags and there was no location to empty the trash that we had. The Ice machine was also broken for the stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the wood floors.

Dumpster company would empty the containers everyday very early in the morning.

Loved the room. Location was good; close to great neighborhood eateries and highway. About 20 minutes by car to downtown. Easy to get a Lyft . Shopping center close by if needed. Read through the Red Book in the room. It gives you great info on area places. Staff did great in comunnicating.

My only complaint is the outside walkway needs cleaning/power washing. Also an enclosure around dumpster from next door would make outside in back look much better.

It’s was in a nice area. Rooms are super clean and well put together. As a person who notices details, I really liked the floors and the woodwork in the room we were in. It’s not slapped together like most hotels…you can tell actual craftsmanship went into the thought of the room. Plus there’s some great places to eat within walking distance!!

A little noisy on the front side of the building,especially the guy with the loud car that seemed to accelerate for what seemed about 8 minutes in whatever direction he was going!! So with that being said,it’s in a busy area so it’s to be expected.

Lovely motel on outskirts of Nashville. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, it had all the mod cons with a luxurious feel. Easy to get into Nashville itself - 40min walk or v quick taxi or car drive but the general area around the motel is also nice to walk around, the motel provides a list of good nearby venues to check out.
