The condo is exactly as advertised. The bed, bedding, and pillows were scrumptious. The Saunders people were lovely and responded immediately.

you really need to be prepared for no parking. We were fortunate enough to find parking on the street for a few days which was awesome and it was free. The parking in Nashville is a nightmare, and it’s very easy to get scammed – as we did - via one of those apps, that doesn’t quite tell you enough information so then the next thing you know you’ve got a boot on your tire and you’ve got to pay 75 bucks to be able to move your car.

Location. Comfort of bed and extra pillows.

Residents parking in ours and other reserved Sonder spots. No available street or garage parking due to Pro Hockey game. Advised to leave our Turo in the alley overnight. Wasted 45 minutes of my BIRTHDAY trying to find a place to park even though we had a PAID spot. No follow up from local Sonder employee or apology. Road noise very loud for us suburban folk. No radio, TV or white noise machine provided for upstairs bedroom. Ear plugs were provided on the LR coffee table downstairs but no warning that you will need these to sleep! Deep soaking tub/shower in full bath is a plus but that results in a very high/long step down with no grab bar. No hand towel or even a place to hang one in powder room.

Good overall stay ... liked the fact it was an apartment for food prep and able to wash clothes.

1. Apartment was clean except for the shower head. it was caked in mold and mildew. We bought some bleach and cleaned it ourselves. The shower had no soap trays or anywhere to put toiletries for showering, if staying for more than one night this could be a pain, especially for the ladies. I took pics of the mold - but I am not going to upload. Just need to have cleaning staff aware of issue. 2. The bed was very low (but we are older - late 50s) and a pain to get off of, in fact all of the seating was to low for our use, except for the bar stools. The mattress wasn't great, but usable.

Although there is not a lot in the immediate surroundings, I found the location very practical to visit all the different areas in town (5-10 min walks to Broadway, 25 to the music row and a 5 min drive to east Nashville). The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. We encountered some issues and informed the team about it, and they replied and solved the problems extremely fast. Communication was fast, and efficient.

1) Cleaning must be improved. 2) when booking I didn’t notice that none of the bedrooms have windows in them. To me this is very weird, and I wouldn’t have booked this if I had noticed. It’s my fault, but just be aware of that. 3) the check-in and check-out process is per se quite simple, but can easily turn into very complicated if you travel from abroad and don’t have any data on your phone/tablet/computer (like me). You need to have internet in order to read all the instructions. You will be sent a link with all the check-in and access instructions via email… so with no internet you cannot open the link. It would be easier to take one step away and just send the instructions directly per email, skipping the link, so that they would be available also when offline.

The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, with plenty of storage. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and have drinks and snacks. Communications were good with Sonder, as well.

The location. It was only a 10 minute walk to Broadway, but there was little in the way of businesses in the area of the building. This is an up-and-coming neighborhood, but it's not there yet. We didn't feel unsafe, just isolated. The only thing that we didn't like about the condo was water pressure in both showers. If you've got a lot of hair, it can take a while to shampoo and rinse!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient breakfast shop around the corner. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Not too bad of a walk to Broadway, about 1/2 mile took 15 minutes.

This new apartment is amazing- we will definitely be happy to stay! The customer service is brilliant- there is always someone available to answer a query, & the app is a great idea. The beds are huge & comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, the bathrooms spotless & great toiletries & the living area comfortable. There were plenty of bedding & towels & we had a really comfortable stay! The walk in closet in the bathroom is amaaaazing!!

The only things letting it down is that it is a good 15 minute walk from downtown, which wasn't great late at night as the neighbourhood is very quiet. We would get an Uber next time. The parking isn't great- we were told there was adequate street parking, which there is not, so drove around for 30 minutes looking for a spot in blazing heat. We parked in a gravel carpark for 'Goat' customers only & sought help at the lettings office, to be told we were fine to park there all along- which would have been useful to know this beforehand! Finally, there is nowhere at all to get snacks/ drinks nearby once the cafe downstairs is closed. It would be great if there was even just a vending machine in the lobby. These small things wouldn’t put us off staying there though. Great apartment.

I liked the kitchen area, which was modern and very clean. The free WiFi was excellent. Rooms were brightly-lit with two large windows which let in a lot of sunlight.

The surrounding area is industrial and rundown. There's not a lot to see or do in the immediate area other than a single restaurant/bar called The Goat. The Parking situation in the area is difficult. While there is a parking garage associated with the facility, it is only available to residents, so parking depends upon spots available on the street or commercial lots, some of which are several blocks away. In addition, the nearest grocery store is about 1.0 miles away.

Very spacious, comfortable apartment. Plenty of closet and storage space. The apartment is about a leisurely 15 minute walk from Broadway, but there are also several other restaurants nearby.

Parking is almost nonexistent. Very loud neighbors above- you can hear everything through the ceiling.

it was very clean and had great communication!

My least favorite thing is that there was zero soap (hand or body) and I didnt realize how often I needed it until it wasnt there. We had a pull out bed and only one giant comforter for it - the place was clean but not really cozy at all - no blankets. we had trouble with our AC so it was pretty warm but once i sent a chat for help they were extremely efficient.
