Location was excellent. There were a lot of restaurants just around the corner. Downtown Nashville was easily accessible. Parking was included and easy to deal with. I also appreciated one of the staff members staying late to make sure I could access the property after having a lot of trouble doing the mandatory online check-in. It was a Sunday, and that staff member went out of their way, which was greatly appreciated.

The place could have been cleaner - the floors were filthy and clearly hadn't been mopped clean in a while. It also could have included more towels and supplies for a week long stay. I also had a very, very challenging time getting the system to accept my ID for the pre check-in.

Handy location, parking included, very secure, roomy, nicely appointed, big outdoor space, great kitchen and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! Also great customer service - when I had an issue they wanted to fix it and were very responsive. I am going to happily stay again next month!

I tried to use the wonderful jacuzzi tub (which maybe I’m the only one?) but the jets had been run in a while and spewed out dirt. They were appropriately upset, apologetic, and determined to fix it. I was bummed because after filling the tub there wasn’t much hot water left but when I showered the next day, there was enough for my shower - not certain if two people in a row showered if there would be enough, though.

The actual accommodation was good. Clean, comfortable, good size, nice ambience, good location. Fantastic deck area.

The online check in was a problem when i arrived at 10pm. I had no idea i needed to perform this until i arrived at the accommodation and there was no staff , key etc. Needed to get better notification weeks/ days ahead about providing ID scans , sonder review and acceptance online prior to check in. My photo of ID was not clear but the app accepted it when i performed the activity. This delayed the checkin process by 2 hours for me. Was past midnight before i got into room.

The space was perfect for my husband, myself and my sister. The huge closets and kitchen and living room and balcony. It was close to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was close enough to attractions but was in an area were we never hit traffic. We did have trouble one time getting into the room, but i called customer support and was in the room in less than 5min. Check in was very easy and the car was protected in the parking garage.

This stay doesn’t have a pool. It didn’t make or break our stay but I thought originally when I booked it said it had one but they have a courtyard. We didn’t het yo go as they were renovating. But like i said it didn’t effect our stay.

Love the location. The apartment itself was beautiful and well appointed. Not so great on the view from the balcony but none the less it was great. My wife loved the bedding.

I notified the landlord via chat that there was a loud grinding noise that occurred every 15-20 minutes 24/7. It only lasted about 5-7 seconds but was annoying nonetheless. They said they would investigate never did.

Me and my 22 years old daughter stayed there during my visit in Nashville. very nice neighborhood with cafes restaurants and shops. high standards and well decorated. All kitchen needs where there. We enjoyed the wide living room, very comfortable bed, and nice shower. Quiet and well maintained building as well as the beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor. Immediate reply be the Chat- Service. Highly recommend!

Great location close to Bus 7, convenient parking and efficient customer service. My young child loved the view of the hospital at night and seeing the helicopters. The apartment was well-appointed, the walk-in closet a dream. Very spacious and comfortable, with access to the shared rooftop, it was perfect for us.

The only negative was that we could hear a bit of stomping from the upstairs neighbours in our living room, but from the bedroom it was fine.

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished, the location is good. Parking is very easy and convenient. My wife loved the memory foam mattress.

My only complaint was that someone in the apartment above us took heavy steps so every time that they moved around we heard "boom boom boom". It wasn't enough to ruin our stay it was just a little annoying at times. I also realize that's apartment life.

It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. The neighborhood was lovely and we really enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi tub. Parking was easy and we felt safe. Great location.

I have nothing but good things to say about it.

Great location convenient to Hillsboro village and Vanderbilt. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The bed/mattress is comfortable. The only problem is the poor sound insulation. I could hear everything happening in the apartment above me (footsteps, voices, toilet flushes). Be aware that the sound of the helicopters landing at the hospital can be loud but applied to any accommodation in the area.

Sound proofing
