Hilton Garden Inn Memphis East/Germantown, Tn

Arrive to location. Once checked in wanted to shower,, but there was NO HOT WATER! Allowed the water to run for maybe 20mins & it still was NO HOT WATER. Therefore I had to travel 22nd a from location to a family member house just to take my shower & get dressed. Everything else was exceptional. I was just very disappointed that there was no HOT WATER & the price for the stay should have been discounted or something for the inconvenience of something occurred on property end!

The staff was very friendly. They were as helpful and accommodating as possible. The rooms were updated. The beds were large and comfortable.

The hotel seemed under staffed. There were dirt stains on the carpet in our room. When I asked for someone to attend to it at 10:00am, I was told they were not taking any more housekeeping request for the day. I asked her to put me on for the next day. The attendant was nice. I was there 3 nights. No one addressed it.

Very clean and modern. Easily accessible. Beds/sheets were great.

Had trouble with noisy guests. That is out of the control of the staff, to some extent. But, after several calls to the front desk, still nothing was done to get the guests next to us to discontue the raucus behavior and noise that went on well past 2am.

The facility was clean, the receptionist was friendly and the hotel was in a good neighborhood.

The bed looked to have been just remade and not a change of sheets. Check-out was not until 11:00 am, but we were woken up at 8:20 am by housekeeping. We had planned to sleep in before our 6-hour drive home.

The location was great. It just has not been added to GPS.

Booking.com and the hotel, did not link. For example, the draw for the hotel was breakfast was included. But when attempting to eat breakfast had to show proof via email that breakfast was included. For the amount charged, that should not be an issue. Also, the bed pillows were not very comfortable.

It was really nice, the room, the facility it self was great and clean!

The fact that they were pending my card because of overbooked, against what the booking policy says! But when I got there they explained more.

We are driving across country from Bucks County PA > LA and I was looking for a safe and comfortable place in Memphis to stay and this was perfect for us. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and perfectly clean and refreshing room.

Our reservation was booked through a third party site and the check in time was inadvertently put at a different time. The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early. The service was great and we look forward to traveling and staying in this hotel in Memphis again.

The property was very covid friendly. I liked how clean and spacious my room was. There were plenty of towels and essentials for my weekend stay. The bed was sooo comfortable, I slept great every night. Upon arrival Sherman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so sweet! I liked everything about the hotel, very nice.

When made a reservation it asked me did I want smoking or non-smoking I chose a smoking room I got there and they said they don't have any smoking room I was highly disappointed and they couldn't accommodate me or anyting
