Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Parkway

We had a large room with a separate "living room". It was very spacious. We were here 7 days due to the ice storm in Memphis. The breakfast was good except for the eggs...gross. The coffee was excellent as was the other items. Fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt. Clean and nicely presented. The lady that took care of the food and the area was very nice and helpful. The bed was amazing. We have a Tempurpedic mattress at home and the one in the room slept so much better. The linens and pillows were nice too. Pet Friendly which was great. The area around the hotel had a nice area to walk the dogs.

Only major complaint is that our keys kept getting deactivated.....EVERYDAY! It is hard to manage dogs when the keys don't work. We would like to have had a microwate in our room. There was one in the kitchen area, but it was busy at times.....

I like the comfort of the entire room. It was my Birthday and I needed a getaway. It turned out to be the best getaway in town that I've experienced. I was able to prepare myself for an important event the next morning even though I had forgotten my blow dryer. There was one in the room. Very convenient. No one knocked on my door to ask if I was staying or leaving. I truly enjoyed my stay. I plan on staying there again.

There was nothing that I didn't like!

I felt very cater to everyone greeted me with a smile and the staff was so lovely. I didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect. If you want to do some shopping, you don’t even have to have a vehicle because Jess steps away. Do you have several shopping and eateries

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was really good and had a nice variety.

I think there was a iron shortage because we had to wait for staff to get us one from another room but the lady at the front desk was very nice about it got one for us. I didn’t like that though the coffee shop was advertised it’s not opened anymore.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were e extremely comfortable! problems, though few. were addressed immediately. So many great places to eat nearby .

Breakfast was decent but the coffee was little more than brown water!

Room layout was nice. I loved having two separate areas with mirrors and sinks, as well as the living area separated from the bedroom.

The temperature within our room was a bit hard to control. We found ourselves warm at night even with the thermostat turned down pretty low. A hot breakfast was served but was lacking in flavor.

Loved the breakfast and that the room was larger than normal. The staff was wonderful. The facilities were great.

Small things like the light bulbs over the bed needed to be changed and the molding on the corner of the wall was coming off of the wall.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed everything that was served. The staff was very friendly.

I had to come back down the elevator four times for my key to work. Then Aquarius came up with me the fourth time, she was sweet. The microwave they brought to the room never worked, and we told them about it everyday, they said they would replace it, but that never happened.

I was in town for medical reasons and did not get to partake of the breakfast. But my wife said it was good. It was very close to where I had to be. Also was very close to some fine dining establishments.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, accomodating staff.

Seemed the hotel is in need of sprucing up a bit, but otherwise nice. Price on Booking tried to tack on a $75 cleaing fee. Luckily price when cheking in was a little less than Booking had quoted. Booking advertised $149 for the room, then will all the fees was like $265
