Attitudes! The first day I arrived the service for breakfast was not typical of Marriott service. I arrived to the area, and was rudely greeted, first I had to ask the young lady if we needed to sit anywhere or would she seat us, next think I heard was "sit anywhere we'll get to you" from a older gentlemen. After sitting the young lady was rude in her approach and very unprofessional. She needs some training. However the next morning was a lot better but an older lady with glasses served us. She was very professional and service oriented. Compliments to her. She met Marriott service standards.

Nice staff at front desk, breakfast staff was nice room was nice.

We booked a double bed room when we got there they had none they gave them all away because of there power outage so we ended up paying $100 more for a corner room that we didn't even realize until we checked out bank statements. No microwave in room not enough towels for 4 people. Pool area was smelly and hot

First guy at check in was very rude! I had asked to be able to check in early when I made my reservation & when I stopped in he was sorting room keys, barely looked up & when I asked about possibly checking in early he said he didn’t have anything. Didn’t even bother to look at the computer! Found chips on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Housekeeping came after first night & emptied trash but didn’t put liners back in, took my bath mat & didn’t give me a new one. There were teenage kids running ip & down the floor, yelling, slamming doors until 10pm.

The on duty Maintence Man was a God send. I arrived at 10:30 so there was only a female desk attendent there and I could not carry my bags bcause I am walking with a cane. When I checked out he had told the desk attendant to call him so he could help me with my bags again. It had snowed the night before so I was nervious about the ice and he helped me to my car so I would not fall. You nhave a exceptional employee here.

This is a nice hotel, around lots of eating places in areas near by. The location is tricky to navigate if you are not from there, and even if you used to live there, like me. Found parking which was amazing for the spots allowed. The staff is not very friendly, sort of that “I hate my jobs” mentality. The front desk clerk looks like she is bothered you are taking up her time, but she checked us in quickly, so we were on our way. This was just an over night stay, the beds were comfy, and that is usually what I look for. Would stay again at this price point, and good coffee was offered in the lobby.

How well the hotel is appointed, it's location, it's comfort and amenities as in the food service !

The fact we had to ask for towels, length of time items remained outside of room prior to removal, not replenishing items such as cups, tea, and coffee.

We were awestruck from the minute we walked in. Gorgeous lobby, friendly staff, constant sanitizing and cleaning. Location can't be beat. Very convenient to upscale dining and shopping. Our bed was super comfy. Room was beautiful and clean. Sanitizing wipes were provided at bedside.

The purpose of our trip was my birthday, so I swung for the corner suite. The room and view were beautiful but a kids soccer tornament team were staying there too. All night long running up and down the hallways and fire escape which happened to be right beside us. Elevators were clearly marked limit of 2 people or one family per car, yet the minute the doors opened, kids darted right past us (no mask) and filled up the car. I place blame on the parents and chaperones for this, not the hotel.

The staff was amazing on accommodating our group especially Alan! We loved the indoor pool and breakfast.

The location was okay however it did get a little noisy that night as if someone was racing their car.

The stay was really good. The hotel ambiance was gorgeous and breath taking. the pool was a plus and the location was great!
