Four Points by Sheraton Memphis East

Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Employees were generally very friendly - especially the morning staff!

The booking clearly stated that breakfast was included but there was confusion when we checked in. The next morning they said breakfast was only included for 2 of 4 of us. A bit strange, but the breakfast wasn’t worth paying extra for anyway. This should probably be clarified in the listing. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if breakfast was not included as it is something that makes traveling with kids a bit easier.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and my stay was satisfactory. The customer service reps at the front desk were friendly and quickly checked me in. The breakfast buffet was $12.99 per person. I left the hotel early, so I didn't eat breakfast and can't speak about how the breakfast was. They offered free coffee in the lobby which was nice. The hotel has a restaurant within walking distance on the premises and is surrounded by a few department stores and eateries so it's convenient if you want to walk to a close location to grab a bite to eat.

The room was clean, however, I noticed there were hair strands at the top of the shower from the previous occupants. The housecleaning must have overlooked that.

Very cordial and professional staff. Room was very clean. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and very cordial to include housekeeping. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful location. We will stay there again.

Average room. Clean sheets & comfortable bed. Complementary waters.

Fridge didnt get cold & was open when we got to the room. The bathroom was ridiculously small. the toilet was probably not even an inch from the door so you had to maneuver to close the door before going to the toilet or shower. I expected more for a Four Points.

Location was a little dicey as to getting on and off the property. Could be a little more updated with bathrooms/shower/rooms.

Pool was just blahhh...

Convenient, staff was very accommodating.

1st room smelled like cigarettes 2nd room smelled like mold and musty the curtains were torn 3rd room was perfect but no shower curtain ( kind of important when taking a shower !)

Paper Bags Breakfast, Really; You don't receive any Paper Bags Breakfast at Waffle House, IHOP or Huddle House; You don't have any Complaints. Restroom inside the Rooms are too Small for Guests, I really enjoyed my Stay.

Restrooms inside the Rooms are too Small for Guests. Your Hotel are in an Bad Location, Heavy Traffic around that Location

Hotel staff where very nice e and respectful. Khadijah was able to accommodate my family that booked next door without hesitation. Hotel was clean and there was not a moment you where left wondering anything as they where very helpful. Thanks to miss Lynette and of course Khadijah 🤗

No exit on the back street causing us to go blocks away to u turn.

I love that everything was close to the hotel. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. Not too far from downtown Memphis.

Ms. Lynette was amazing . She made my stay a memorable one. She is a true gem and deserves a raise. She truly cares about the guests and does everything possible to ensure a great stay.
